Alivia is the bestttttt, even when she’s not feeling well her customer service is still top tier, rare gem in the work place !

The manager was training a new hire and the way he was showing him things was so good. He was also funny. It almost made me want to work there.

We use to love this place. It is now gross stinks the manager was swatting flies with a towel he had, he was very rude to the employee, fries were not done and bread was very doughy we will not be going to this place again. Someone needs to get in there and clean it up. It is a shame but it needs to be shut down immediately.

Needed to call the store about my order and they won’t pick up the phone. Line just rings and rings. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend and won’t be coming back was my first and last time trying this establishment!

They have their fries already cut in a bin. I’ve been there three different times and and the fries has been in the bin I’ve asked that I don’t want those fries. I want them the freshly cut them. They all said OK but I’ve been watching and they just took the fries right out of the bin..

The place say they close at 10 and I arrived at 7:59 on a Thursday and they were already closed. I even tried calling the place to see what was going on but the workers just kept walking around ignoring the calls. Highly upset since this is the place my tastebuds was craving!!

Workers here aren't rude or anything, you can just tell they don't want to be there at all... Which is understandable. While waiting for my food, I saw a huge rat come walking out of the back area near the bathrooms.... Not sure if there's a storage room back there or something...I don't know. Anyway, the rat didn't even run, just moseyed on out like he ran the joint and walked over behind the counter where they were making food. None of the workers seemed to notice him.... He was pretty chill... It was like it was a standard day for everyone. Literally never seen rats just walking around anywhere else I've ever eaten, so I guess I can mark that off my bucket list.

Went on Saturday after work. The only patron in the store as well. Got the chicken philly my way, even tho its not posted on the menu anymore. They hooked me up, brought the food to me. Food was delish ?
