Had a gigantic uber order which would have been a lot of money for me! At first they told me that 3 other uner drivers had come to get the order but they had never recieved it in their system. When I had uber call they said they didn't have the items to make it. So basically they didn't want to make the order and I lose money the customer loses time and gets no food just because the staff is LAZY!!! smh.

The manager Allen was incredibly kind and accommodating; very personable yet professional. You just don't see customer service like that anymore.

Ordered a large pizza sub for delivery. Took a bit to get to me, but that's not their fault.The sandwich was delicious. Initially it looked kind of narrow (meaning it wouldn't hold much) but they packed a lot of meat in there!

my husband went to the Granite City, Illinois location of Penn station on 7/26/23 about 5:30 pm. I ordered a veggie sandwich and as u can see in picture this is what I got. looks nothing like picture on menu. they also shorted us fries. this is awful and unacceptable. I will spread the word. how disappointing.
