Food was hard and old. I initially turned around to get sauce that wasn’t placed in the bag however when I returned I was told that I would have to wait until the next day to get my refund because the supervisor was busy cooking due to be short staffed. I advised them that it should only take a moment and that I have kids to feed and shouldn’t have to wait. At this moment 2 girls were at the window and I said instead of talking to me they could’ve been issuing my refund. I was then told I don’t have to eat there any more and that I would have to wait an hour to get my money back. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. I came back 15 min later and was able to get a refund but this was the worse experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!!

so everytime i go to this location which isn’t that frequently due to previous experiences with bad service. i am not usually the type to make a review but after tonight this was ridiculous. our food was cold , soggy , and flavorless. we reheated in air fryer for better taste to happen to see that there was hair in our food, NOT ONLY ONE item either. we dumped our fries on on a plate to notice there was hair in our fry container then we noticed there was hair in our chicken and fries box as well. this is sickening and really is disappointing.

Food was good and hot. They got the order right. We ordered chicken tenders and because it takes 6 minutes we were told to pull to the other side. That meant pulling back out into a 4 lane road and pulling back in to get to the other side.

I stopped in for a couple rally burgers and they were actually very good. It reminded me of rally Burgers when they first came around. The hamburger was hot and the vegetables were cold.
Stopped in to get a few snacks. The employees ask me too hold for a few minutes. I was ok with this then both of them got out of the car went in and took my order. After taking my money the drive though girl told me not ask but told me to pull to the other side because I was on the clock and she wanted me to be off. I said no because the other side I would have to get out and walk around my vehicle to get my food . She processed to tell me off and said she was going to call the police on me. When I told her it was not my fault that she took.my order before she was inside she told me that she was on break. Then processed to slam the window shut. So I pulled to the other side then still had to wait to get my order because they didn't want to give it to me. This woman was very rude. I will most likely never to return . Which I'm normally there 2 to 3 times a week. But not no more. W

Got into the drive through at approximately 12:40 am on Friday January . I pulled up to the voice box and then a woman asked me for my order. As soon as I started she suddenly said that they were not doing orders at this time while another female coworker laughed in the background. Definition of unprofessional and rude and I wouldn’t recommend this place to a starving person.
