Love smoothie king. Dont like the fact their employees just decide when they want to close. I was trying to get a last minute smoothie at the end of the day after a long day of work and a long night of back to school shopping. Guess they decided they absolutely couldn't wait to get out of there and locked their doors 10 minutes early. I hate being that customer. But what I hate even more is operating hours treated as more of a suggestion than a guideline.

Ordered online, and the wait was forever! When it finally got to me it wasn't even packaged right. No tamper evidence bag or straw hole sticker. Plus it looks like a 20oz in a 32oz which is definitely not what I paid for. Not to mention the cup had smoothie all over it. Very dissatisfied.

This smoothie king had always had friendly and professional workers. The food is efficiently and freshly made. Today they were having computer problems, but they advised me of the issue so I would understand the added wait time. Clearly they were prepared to make adjustments and keep the store running! Definitely my go-to place for an early morning expresso almond mocha!

The owner is unprofessional. Extremely toxic environment, I wouldn’t recommend working here. I’ve heard horror stories from numerous people who have worked here in the past.

I loved this smoothie king, the guy on shift around 4-9 with the glasses and long hair made me never want to come back. He seems very annoyed ,make bowles horribly because he hates them, if you don’t like your job quit.

When customers comes into your establishment wanting to spend their hard earned money at least you can do is acknowledge the customer as they walk in and not looking down on your phone like your not in the mood to be at work I walked in and was standing in the lobby for 1 minute and not one employee lift they head to see what I wanted that was a very bad impression and I will never come back goodbye
