Terrible service and rude employees. They have the bathroom locked and then tell you it's out of order and laugh and say that the employee bathroom works just fine. Young man with long curly hair needs to be fired need to work on your customer service

When you order a sandwich with no mayo on it there is a reason and to get it after ordering threw the app and it has mayo it's now trash thank you for the $13 trash I now have will never ever order from this location again it's not difficult to read directions SMH sad store indeed

Ordered two foot long meals...kid had to use restroom it was closed she said that's why there is a wet floor sign on the floor not near restroom mind you..then went to sit down to eat...she said our lobby closes at 8.00 and it is 8:02. So I told my husband to fill his soda because Pepsi was coming out right and his cup was half full ...she said you need to leave. My husband said I am getting what I paid for she then proceeded to tell us how difficult we were because she had to hear our meat separate. She proceeded to threaten to call the cops on us. Horrible experience. There is nothing stating lobby closes at 8 and she could have let us know when we walked in at 7:50

Had a coupon for 3.99 six inch but they said they don't accept certain coupons. They Said I could use the footlong coupon for 6.99 tho???♀️ horrible way to do business. Well I really wanted a subway and only a six inch I'll be going to the Madison location from now on.

Ordered to go, four sandwiches that were all incorrect. Cashier just tossed sandwiches up on the counter, so service not great either. Only thing I can say is that it was made on time. First time we ordered was a negative experience also so we will be done with this location.

Order was placed wrong on subway app called and talked to whoever made the order. She confirmed that it was placed the way it was and simply asked why the attitude and she claimed this is how she talks. Disgusting how bad customer service is. Shows why we regret going here every time.
I ordered three subs and two were made wrong, I call and one the girl argued with me and then hung up when I was trying to explain that on their receipt it says differently then what I had in my hands, she was rude and disrespectful on top of that. I worked in the customer service industry for three years and I was disgusted by the service I had gotten
