This location claims to be out of ingredients all the time. That used to not be a problem, they could just give you a replacement item.

They don't do that anymore and insist you have to reorder. I ordered on the app though, so now I have to cancel an order. And I'm on the way to work, I don't have time for all this.

Just put the tacos in the bag.

Let me start by saying that I arrived at the restaurant at 5:23 PM and placed my order at 5:29 PM. I waited for 15 minutes before asking the manager about my order. He said he would check on it and be right back. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, I decided to cancel my order because I was going to be late for work. They assured me that my order was coming up, so I waited, having just paid almost $20 for my food.

At 5 minutes until 6:00 PM, I again requested to cancel my order, explaining that I had to leave immediately if I wanted to make it to work on time. They informed me that my order was ready, which included two steak dippers and a side of fries. Given that I was one of only two customers in the dining room at that time, I didn't think it would take 30 minutes to prepare my food.

The next day, I called back to confirm that my order had been canceled. However, the woman I spoke with seemed indifferent to my experience and when I asked about my refund, she hung up the phone on me.

I had my order doordashed. Even my driver said from a personal experience this location always has nothing.. I got the wrong drink because they ran out of apparently EVERYTHING, and they gave me twists instead of nachos and only put about 5 in it..

This has got to be the worse Taco Bell on the planet ! They never have any food, ( no chicken, and at least 10 other items)they are rude and disrespectful ( telling me I’m wrong for ordering $42 worth of food for my family) I will never go to this Taco Bell after like 3pm they are horrible, they will probably be closed down soon, so whoever owns this establishment needs to get to the bottom of this!

Said they didn’t have chicken, nacho cheese, fries, no sauce, drinks, cinnamon twist and was card only … proceeds to tell them I only had a mobile order with some of those items she listed they did not have & makes everything WITH WHAT SHE CLAIMED THEY DIDNT HAVE ??? Makes no sense
