Do not go to this taco bell if you are on a time crunch. Also if you care about kind customer service. The staff likes to ignore the customers now that that have the self service kiosks. So anytime you need assistance they give you attitude because they feel like you interrupted them. The food is correct most of the time but orders take 45+mins during busy times ive witnessed this on multiple occasions due to working near by.

I recently visited this Taco Bell location and was extremely disappointed in the experience. There were only two customers inside (including myself), yet no staff acknowledged us or offered any assistance. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited over 20 minutes with no updates or interaction from anyone on staff. I eventually had to walk to the back just to get someoneās attention and ask about my order.
This level of service, especially in an empty restaurant, is completely unacceptable. Some basic communication and attentiveness would have gone a long way. To make matters worse, after waiting all that time, the order I received was made incorrectly.

This Location should be shut down until there is someone who knows how to run a restaurant. 3 times in the last 2 months we have had to wait over an hour to get food along with many others! Itās a shame. Then of course you know after waiting all that timeā¦.guess what?! Your order isnāt made right. I tell everyone I know not to go here, we have been beyond patient and fair, it seems as if this location does not care about their customers. We will never be back.

Gave my food to someone else in the line when my dasher was waiting for my food. Lied and said someone else picked it up already. Refused to make my order for my one and only dasher assigned to my delivery. Turned off their phone and does not answer. Horrible service

Three times in the last two months, this staff his intentionally disrespected and discriminated me by not working on my mobile orders I have placed and getting other orders after mine done. I have been visiting this spot on a regular weekly basis but have never been treated like this. I have reached out to service and upper management about this unethical treatment. Do not recommend visiting based on the unethical and unprofessional tactics this store has demonstrated. Other Taco Bell's in the county and in the metro east area will do a much better job.
Im left with a feeling of being genuinely robbed for the sheer lack of food I found contained in my beefy 5 layer burrito. My first bite had me doing a double take as it tasted like I was literally eating the tortillas from the movie āHolesā(although even those were drenched in a generous quantity of syrup). Upon opening the burrito I find no sour cream, no shredded cheese, and a serving of beef that may as well not been included as it was such an insultingly small amount. I threw away the rest of the burrito in disgust after the first bite.

We ordered on the app and i sent boyfriend to go get it. Food was fine but this drink was supposed to be brisk mango and he came back saying they didn't have it or Pepsi and they gave him this. I guess mountain dew but it's just seltzer water, and nasty, and not even close to what I ordered. How can you not see it's barely colored.
