Worst taco bell in a 50 mile radius.

This might be the slowest Taco Bell in the state. Even more slow then the Madison Ave Taco Bell. Sat for over 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get up to the speaker. Then another to get up to the window. And they wind up pulling me forward where I wait another 10 mins for them to bring out the food. Fast food is not what I would use to describe this location. At least the staff was friendly, unlike Madison Ave location. I'm sure just like most fast food restaurants these days, they dont care how long you wait. You would think the food would be hot because I waited so long but no, carelessly thrown together and barely warm.

It’s a shame this place has gone down hill the past couple of years and yesterday kinda was a final straw. From a 30 minute wait in the drive through to my food order being wrong I really don’t even wanna come back anymore.

I will never come back here, the place and service is absolute crap. Not to be rude, but the workers are so incompetent. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food even though it stated it was ready on the app. The worker said my food wasn't ready when I came in to pick it up. Turns out they had my food ready the ENTIRE time and it was just sitting in a bag labeled with someone else's name. This was during a slow time as well and there was literally no one there. I got two things and that was it.

Do not go to this taco bell if you are on a time crunch. Also if you care about kind customer service. The staff likes to ignore the customers now that that have the self service kiosks. So anytime you need assistance they give you attitude because they feel like you interrupted them. The food is correct most of the time but orders take 45+mins during busy times ive witnessed this on multiple occasions due to working near by.

I recently visited this Taco Bell location and was extremely disappointed in the experience. There were only two customers inside (including myself), yet no staff acknowledged us or offered any assistance. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited over 20 minutes with no updates or interaction from anyone on staff. I eventually had to walk to the back just to get someone’s attention and ask about my order.
This level of service, especially in an empty restaurant, is completely unacceptable. Some basic communication and attentiveness would have gone a long way. To make matters worse, after waiting all that time, the order I received was made incorrectly.

This Location should be shut down until there is someone who knows how to run a restaurant. 3 times in the last 2 months we have had to wait over an hour to get food along with many others! It’s a shame. Then of course you know after waiting all that time….guess what?! Your order isn’t made right. I tell everyone I know not to go here, we have been beyond patient and fair, it seems as if this location does not care about their customers. We will never be back.
