Food order was all wrong and the wait was longer than expected. We have picky eaters and have special requests, but none of the requests were done. From napkins, ketchup, other sauces we paid for missing to special ordered sandwhichs completely untouched. 3rd star was only given for the apologies that sounded real.
The food nowadays is so lack luster or over the top. All the eats at DQ these days are bland and lack luster. It seems that no fast food is served hot these days....especially fries. The fries were not crispy, indicating the grease needs to be changed out or the cook time was ignored.Missing the DQ sandwich!!!
Okay the food isn't that good, it's Dairy Queen, it's likely to make you sick, and it's not as cheap as you remember it being, but this location at least cooks the food well, serves you efficiently, is staffed by courteous workers, and is clean on the inside.
