9/28 at approximately 1:20am I drove to Hamel McDonald’s which is supposed to be open 24 hours according to the signs on the drive-through windows only to find it closed both lobby and driveway drive-through. Menu boards were turned off and they had a car parked at the second window to try and make it look like it was open. We sat behind this car for several minutes before we left realizing they were not open and he must have been one of the workers because he never received any food. I called the store this morning to find out why they were closed and I was told by the manager that she gave them permission to close because someone had called off? Needless to say I will not be going back to this store again.

Drive through speaker was not working properly from what I understand. Only ordered two things. A 6pc kids meal, and a tea. Repeated kids meal several times. Got to the window she handed me tea and a 6pc nugget. I told her it was supposed to be a kids meal, she closed the window. Okay hun thanks a bunch. Not very polite.
Ordered to table through the app after thirty minutes they said they had called the number 3 times, not how that works, food cold and sour, cup cracked, and flys everywhere, would've recommend to anyone

Terrible customer service at this location. Won't even refund my money when they don't give me what I ordered and paid for. I spent nearly $11 and left with no food. If you're employees are too incompetent to perform their jobs, then you damn well better work out a system to refund the customers money. Absolutely pathetic.
