For there at 10:30 pm, checked the lobby closing time, door said 11pm, went in to order food, and the employees said the lobby was closed. They even tried to say the times weren't posted on the door. Wish I'd taken a picture to report them to McDonald's corporate.

Super poor customer service, although it is a McDonald’s - so I wasn’t expecting much better. The gal at the window said she was having a bad day working at McDonald’s, for $15 an hour. Personally, I think she should’ve been ecstatic at getting $15 an hour, considering her lousy personality and complaining attitude. I certainly get tired of supporting overpaid, griping, and ungrateful employees. My recommendation? Avoid this place and buy your overpriced, lousy food down the road.

The slowest drive-thru I think I’ve ever been in. About 40mins for 2 sandwiches. So much for fast food. Asked to pull forward and sat for about 20 mins. And left because it was taking entirely too long. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with this
