The staff was very friendly! We ordered 3 different types of Italian beef sandwiches, they all were extremely bland... The beef, giardiniera and au jue had zero taste... The fries were undercooked and had no seasoning at all. We were very disappointed...

I've been a customer of State Line Pizza (Hammond) for over twenty years and I have noticed several changes in the taste of the pizza. The sausage and sauce doesn't taste the same. Also,there isn't as much cheese on the pizza as well.. I hope the changes aren't permanent because it just not the same..

Parking: The location is primarily carry out and there are a few spots in front. I have never had a problem finding a place.

They used to be the very best in town -- best pizzas and service, but, sadly that seems to have declined a lot. They seem to have suffered in recent years with ingredient changes and inexperienced service BUT the last few times we ordered there seems to have been positive changes made . . . So we are in the "we will see how things go" category right now. I will gladly change this review if the pizzas and service continue to improve.

Very unprofessional and thirsty staff. Workers are more focused on flirting than doing their job. Some little girl named Cali is in there writing her number on costumers receipts. Food was good but please hire better staff.

Not being open for Bears game at noon is a bummer. You guys are missing a significant amount of money I'm sure. Had to settle for the other guys unfortunately

I LOVE stateline pizza, it’s my favorite pizza I’ve been a customer for a very long time. But I’ve been highly unsatisfied with the customer service when SHANIYA T. Works. Anytime I order food it seems like she’s working and her customer service is terrible. She always acts like she has an attitude and seems to be rushing me or my husband anytime we call to order food. I got pizza tonight and my husband forgot to ask for change once they dropped the food off. So I called back to ask them to make sure the driver had change. I said hello, I order pizza already and I would like and next thing I know she hangs the phone up on me, so rude. Like I literally heard the Click , and at this point I’m annoyed so I call back and she finally lets me get what I have to say out. But if the poor customer service continues no matter how much I love this pizza I will find another place to go.
