This is now the second time I have gotten off the highway and to this specific location of Arby’s 15 minutes early and they leave me waiting at the drive thru menu for 5 minutes and then when they finally do say something… it’s “we’re closed”. I expect the hours that are posted everywhere to be accurate at the very least. If you close 15 minutes early, change your google times to 10:45pm. This is extremely unprofessional and beyond disappointing for travelers like myself. Do better.

Waited time for my food, which is why it’s more disappointing that you know how hot your food is when the cheese is completely cold and not melted. Really disappointed because I absolutely hate cold food, and especially after you waited for it probably longer than you should have.

Very rude staff. I ordered loaded fries but was given plain ones. When I asked about it, one staff member said they had no idea what loaded fries were. The manager simply shut the window and walked away without addressing the issue.

Suggestion:
If you’re having a bad day, please avoid projecting it onto customers. You’re getting paid to provide service, and mistreating customers damages the reputation of the fast-food chain. Do better.
