Very rude staff. I ordered loaded fries but was given plain ones. When I asked about it, one staff member said they had no idea what loaded fries were. The manager simply shut the window and walked away without addressing the issue.
Suggestion: If you’re having a bad day, please avoid projecting it onto customers. You’re getting paid to provide service, and mistreating customers damages the reputation of the fast-food chain. Do better.
