I highly doubt this place has a manager!! They don’t know how to make a toast! Either it’s too hard or too soft, coffee all messy dripping when they hand it to us and doesn’t taste good at all, doughnuts aren’t fresh 99% of the time, they don’t hand napkins unless you ask and when you do they get mean and give them with some avocado stains on them or curled up, they don’t even ask if we need a receipt!!!! We were good customers, they are losing customers, all people I know they were also complaining about this place!!! 0 stars!!!

Nunya Business

Normally I love this Dunkin but today 7/18/25 it was BAD! Granted there was only one worker but you can tell she is new. No one was answering the drive through. Witnessed many people have to come in because she didn’t have a clue including me. She made the food wrong. And when she remade it she burned it and threw it in a bag for me to peel the food out of.

always out of product lately! this used to be the best dunkin. service has gone to crap with their new employees. i just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me they’re out of what i wanted! this is the 5th time in two months they’ve ran out of product! get rid of who ever is doing the ordering and the new kid in the drive thru and that new rude lady in the drive thru! i’ll be driving out of my way to hampshire dunkin from now on where they never run out of stuff and have actual customer service!

My food is ALWAYS COLD in the middle. every. single. time. So I ask them to run it through the microwave twice and they just wont do it. This isnt cheap food and it is pretty bad cold! I tried, I think Im done with this DD

I ordered a Signature latte Coco mocha with less ice. I got it with 3/4th of the cup with ice and half of my cup had whipped cream on it. Should be improved.
