Finally got to try them at Richardson Farm today and OMG!!! Best steak tacos I have ever had in my life. I’m typically not a steak taco guy but my wife raved about them from a previous event she first tried them. The meat was cooked perfectly, great flavor & not fatty. Their tortillas just put a perfect wrapping job on the meat, onion and cilantro. Usually the sauces for me are hit and miss but the two they provided complimented the steak so well. Did I mention they were packed with meat? Three tacos and I was pleasantly full. I really wanted to stick around long enough to get another three! Yes, they were that tasty! Great job El Chido!

I tried their food truck at a Christmas tree farm yesterday. I ordered 2 steak tacos. They gave me 2 ground beef tacos (picadillo). I went back and asked for what I ordered and they said it was steak. At the end, I didn't feel like arguing with them over 2 tacos. However, the worst was yet to come. several hours after I got home, I got violently ill, and have been on the toilet ever since. Stay away!!!!
