Went there for breakfast with my family. I ordered a cold brew coffee, and half way through the pour the tap ran out. I was very understanding and patient. Waited till we were done eating and they haven't switched it out yet. I felt bad for the servers because they were doing their best being overwhelmed with everything. The one girl was on the phone with someone trying to figure out how to get it switched over Shame on ownership and Shame on management. For not providing proper training. Everything was good until how I saw how poorly managed this place is. I feel bad for the employees not their fault at all. They offered me a different drink after we finished eating, but i chose for a refund instead. I most likely won't be back poor organization by management and ownership.

We absolutely love this place! So impressed on our first visit, the food and the lattes were great! Employees were friendly, and caring. We each got a shot of something in our lattes too! So delicious can't wait to come back!
We have loved Hampshire Social since the day they came to town but today we had our baby shower there and it was absolutely perfect! The staff, especially Alexis, went above and beyond to make our event perfect and they were so helpful and accommodating. I can’t recommend them enough!
