Why get the food to eat in when they will put it in a sack to go and when you ask a question you get ignored by the employees and that is rude and wrong. When a customer asks a question the customer deserves a answer instead of getting ignored

Stopped in to get a fry at 8 pm last night. Ha! Went inside as drivethru was backed up. Upon entering the dining there were 2 women at the counter discussing Krispy Kreme donuts with the shift supervisor. 15 minutes later they were still discussing flavors of donuts! I left and proceeded to the drive thru only to discover the 2 vehicles in front of me had been there since I arrived at the restaurant nd they hadn't order. Why? Because the 2 women inside were still tying up the counter discussing donuts! Finally the drive thru moved and we got our fry, 26 minutes later. Pathetic management! Try Bear family McDonald's in Loves Park, you'll love it!

The food was good, but inside wasn't the cleanest. Garbage on tables and on the floor. Also, there's only one 2 sided digital kiosk to order food and no one came up front to take orders even though there was a line of people to order.
