I give this place for customer service a 0/10 the Manager hope is very rude to her staff and her customers!! the way she yells at her customers is very unprofessional!! i am for sure never going back to this place
Garbage service
Solid McDonalds with food available 24 hours. Always a quick stop for us north out of Chicago Ohare.
Slow, slow, slow. The burgers tasted old, and the buns were hard and chewy. Had to place your order at only two available kiosks. Two people we were attempting to place their orders and had no idea what they were doing. Ten minutes just to access the kiosk.
Do not go to this McDonald's. We, like most of their customers probably, we're traveling and needed to stop and it was conveniently placed for travelers. Every table was dirty, and no it wasn't busy, paper laying on the floor in the restroom, etc. Sandwiches were thrown together with cheese and meat half off and buns were hard - even after it had to be remade because the cheese missed on the first try. Don't go to this one

The employees are nice. My dislike us that a fountain soda, regardless of size, is about 75% ice to the top of the plastic drink container. I'm guessing the amount of actual pop might be 6 oz.

The Hispanic blonde older women who worked giving food out around 12pm Sat April 19th was very rude to me when I asked for more bbq sauce had her staff rung up my order right in the first place she would’ve seen I wanted more than just 1! Never going back also if you hate your job get a new one . The line wasn’t even long to be snapping at me about bbq.

I would give this a 0 stars if I could. The manager Hope is rude to customers and yells at her employees. Some people do not know how to use the kiosk and are left waiting for their order to be taken. I witnessed this manager tell a customer she would have to wait for her order to be taken because she was understaffed. It's my understanding that a manager has to take over where needed. The food itself is good however I was left waiting 15-20 minutes for it and had to ask for straws and extra Napkins. I will definitely be bringing my concerns up to corporate.
