Their was about 15 flies at the register, and smelled like spoiled food or vomit , and the men’s bathroom urinal was just leaking water all over the floor, should’ve gone to Wendy’s next door

Fries were good and actually pretty warm, which is a rarity at McDonald's. The Filet-O-Fish was awful. Fish was dryer than a bone, only to be beaten by the dry crunchy bun it was served on. That puppy had been sitting around for quite some time. Oh well, live and learn.

It was about 4 pm and the dining room part was dirty. There were no cups or lids for the soda machine. People working there were nice and helpful
Im never coming here again! First off, I have never seen somebody treat their employees so horribly. The manager Hope is so rude to her employees AND customers. That’s what you call a manager? So unprofessional if you ask me. She had such an attitude with the other customers AND she was standing there the entire time yelling at her employees to get the job done. Seems like she does a whole bunch of nothing. If I could rate this place a 0 i would.

First they forget our BBQ sauce. Then we check all our food. They made a burger wrong. We go back give them the burger and tell them it’s wrong. Then they make it wrong again. This place is a joke. The worst service ever. The bread was hard as a rock for our burgers. Fries were old and stale. Mind you this was 10:35 am. So lunch just started. The lady taking the orders was so quiet could barley here her. Couldn’t see anything on the screens. Not sure how they made the burger wrong again tok when we drove back and said NO MAYO NO PICKLES EXTRA ONIONS. For the second time they made it. No pickles. Extra mayo. And barely any onions. Horrendous service.
