They get orders wrong occasionally, but are good about correcting.
Unfortunately, they continue to raise prices, the quality of the food is inconsistent, sometimes being great, sometimes being overcooked or even just not good.
They have also removed the coupons from the boxes, so we order less often due to these combined factors.
In summary, if consistency is better, and the coupons return, you'll earn a 4 or 5 from me, even though your prices are still too high.

This location has much improved with service and food! I ordered the baked mostaccioli, meat balls and garlic bread. It was delicious and piping hot when it got delivered!

We have lived in Hampshire now for 2 years and have yet to order pizza from our own Rosati’s. We got invited to a neighbors for pizza and it was amazing!! The ingredients and proportions of toppings were spot on, which then leads to the overall taste. I was left needing more and more! Keep up the great work all!! Will be our new go-to for local pizza without having to drive into Elgin.
