Food is made to order from fresh ingredients. Service is a bit slow. Dining room is clean. Food was delivered hot to the table. The cream of chicken and rice soup is delicious and a must to order. Breakfast items are great and the Texas toast is filling.

Do you remember that little local place where the people were friendly, the food was filling and had that taste you couldn't seem to get right at home? If you miss it there is some good news. The Rose Garden is that place.

I was taken there by a colleague for breakfast. I love the little mom & pop establisments. Staff was very hospitable and the food was absolutely delicious! I will be back again in the near future!
