I ordered two food bowls through Uber Eats and paid an extra $4 for chicken on one of them, and the other one was supposed to have beef. Both bowls arrived without any protein—no chicken or beef—and not even the extra chicken I paid for. They only had rice, cheese, and guacamole, and the other one was just a plate of rice with lettuce.

I love chipotle’s food so this rating does not apply to the food but to the lack of preparedness from the staff. It was 8:40pm and they had no steak or carne asada, mind you they close at 11pm. Not only did they not have any meat cooked and ready to serve, they didn’t have it cooking or even marinated! The young staff was nice, this was a management problem.

How do you run out of steak and carne asada at Chipotle? I asked how long it would take for more to be ready, and I was told they couldn’t make any because the steak still needed to be marinated. This was at 8:30 PM, and the location closes at 11 PM. That’s not an employee issue—that’s a management problem.
I don’t blame the young staff members at all. They were polite, respectful, and clearly doing their best. But it’s frustrating to see good employees being set up to fail because of poor planning and poor leadership. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location, which makes it even more disappointing. Usually, new Chipotle locations run at a top-tier level, so this was surprising.
I hope management steps up, supports their team properly, and gets this location back on track.
