Me and my friend went to get breakfast just now and it was a terrible experience we waited for over 10 minutes for someone to take our order and the guy who served us was ceaser he didn’t bring us our drinks until the very end after we got our food. We ordered scrambled eggs and instead got a nasty looking omelette which couldn’t even feed a grown adult, we ordered chocolate chip pancakes and only one pancake had the chocolate chips on it and the other had nothing. This was extremely unprofessional our server didn’t even realize he didn’t bring our drinks we had to remind him. I wanted to just order a regular stack of plain pancakes with a side of sunny side egg and hashbrowns and the server kept pressing me into ordering the slam saying it was cheaper but it wasn’t it was more costing then the regular stack of chocolate chip pancakes. This was ridiculous I wasn’t able to order a simple order And when I saw the receipt the regular stack of chocolate pancakes was 3 dollars but my plain pancakes were 11 dollars this is a scam and it’s ridiculous, extremely unprofessional and the server clearly didn’t know what he was doing.

My family went there and had a fantastic experience. Our server, Ricardo, checked on is often and was very nice and had a good sense of humor. Don't even get me started on the food. I haven't been to denny's in a while but clearly I am missing out. The hashbrowns I had were exquisite and so was the rest of my meal. I heard nothing but compliments from the rest of my family and we seriously enjoyed ourselves. Shoutout to the chef. Ricardo mentioned that he had been working there like 30 years, did not catch the name unfortunately. Seriously had a fantastic experience, will be coming back for sure.

Have been going to this location and the Hoffman Estates location and I only ever get the same thing every time. Their burgers are trash now. See attached photo. The patty falls apart instantly. I let the server know and they made the excuse that the cook smashed the patty down while cooking. This is not meant to be a smash burger!! I’ve had smash burgers that held together better than this. They offered to remake the burger but I refused.
Moments later the server came back to explain why the patty falls apart. They asked the cook and he said the cook stated that they’re using a new vendor for the burger patties. They’ve been having multiple complaints about it. The server was helpful throughout the experience. I wasn’t upset about the service. The quality of food, however, has decreased substantially.
I had the same burger at the Hoffman Estates location and it’s exactly the same thing. Don’t believe me? Just look at the photo. You can see through the burger patty!
