This is our Saturday morning breakfast spot. The server Luis is friendly and attentive. The food is good. Never disappointed.

Have been going to this location and the Hoffman Estates location and I only ever get the same thing every time. Their burgers are trash now. See attached photo. The patty falls apart instantly. I let the server know and they made the excuse that the cook smashed the patty down while cooking. This is not meant to be a smash burger!! I’ve had smash burgers that held together better than this. They offered to remake the burger but I refused.
Moments later the server came back to explain why the patty falls apart. They asked the cook and he said the cook stated that they’re using a new vendor for the burger patties. They’ve been having multiple complaints about it. The server was helpful throughout the experience. I wasn’t upset about the service. The quality of food, however, has decreased substantially.
I had the same burger at the Hoffman Estates location and it’s exactly the same thing. Don’t believe me? Just look at the photo. You can see through the burger patty!

This week I visited the Honover Park locution. The food was great. Our server was Ricardo. He is the best , very attentive and kind. I highly recommend him and this location!!!
Me and my mom came around 9:00 on a Friday and we were surprised by the quality of the food and the kindness of our waitress (Vivian R). Even the music playing in the background were memorable songs my mom enjoyed. Overall a great experience.

We ordered breakfast for pick up and we got FOOD POISONING! For DAYS we were sick with vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain/cramping. We could not eat for DAYS. We just moved here not too long ago and we will NOT be coming back. A couple of eggs and hash browns are NOT worth the sickness we endured. I wish they would get in trouble or something because the amount of sick we had was diabolical.
