Nice restaurant in Hanover Park. I really like Denny's restaurant, it has a good family friendly feel to it. My kids all love the place as there is always something that we all like. I love the omelettes with lots of veggies which you can customize as per your choice. My kids love their pancakes and hash browns.Service can be a little slow when there are too many people.Their coffee is just ok, could be better.

Super bad experience at 1:00 we arrived at 1:30 we got up because we didn't get attention from the waiter and we asked to speak to a manager on duty and they didn't have any either. We ordered some Oreo shakes and he gave us milk with Oreo because it was so liquid

Good Evening, I would like to take time to thank this Denny's in Hanover Park ILL on lake st, for always creating a great experience. Sasha, whom is often our server, continues to provide outstanding service. My Family and I eat at this particular location at least two to three times per month. Denny's (Hanover park location )have become our choice of eatery, after a long afternoon of shopping. Sasha smile, great service, warm kindness, knowledge of menu and great recommendations, keeps us coming back. My family and I truly appreciate the hospitality and great atmosphere that we receive each and every time we come into this Denny's location. We will continue to keep this location as part of our after shopping eatery routine. THANK'S TO THE ENTIRE team/staff and RICARDO. Keep up the great service. My family highly recommend this Hanover park lake st location.Vegetarian options: I particularly like the appetizer platter, my family enjoy the breakfast and burger options
Jan 15th between 1-3am, white older lady with shoulder length black hair is by far the rudest person I've ever come across working in customer serviceI am a door dash driver and I've come to find that we don't get treated the best by fellow workforce but I had 2 orders this morning between the times given and 1st order no acknowledgement except handing me the order, but the 2nd order I walk through the door the cook has to point me out because she is turned around on her phone, and as soon as she sees me before I can say a word she says we don't have anything for you and turns back to her phone, I say ok I have to call doordash and she huffs like someone who got strawberry milk instead of chocolate in her 2nd grade lunch lineDoordash calls the store to re-place the order and she picks up and then turns to me and finally discloses to me that the order has been cancelled instead of talking to me in the beginning so I didn't have to stand there and face her temper tantrum from who knows whereDoordash gets back to me to notify me that talking on the phone they found that it had been cancelled I said ok, turned to walk out and said to black haired lady, have a good night, she turns around back on her phone without saying a word, obviously extremely annoyed by me for reasons unknown and I leftCompletely unnecessary for her to act this way, horrible attitude

I worked at the dennys in schaumburg and it was the worst. I had some injuries all tho, they were not debilitating, they continued to fire me on the premise that it was my first time overnight by myself. The only reason i couldnt keep up with orders is because uber was ordering like crazy. I did the best to manage my self, i felt like i could of improved. They fired me to hire the bosses friends daughter, while they had people snorting cocain at work and stealing money from the register. I said hey isnt this somthing i can improve on and they said no, i offered to re invest my money and become a cook which they needed because the cook was leaving and still said no. The food is amazing, but the people i met and how they made me feel, hurt feelings for a life time. I would rather eat less par food than step into that environment of terrible people brining down the one person who is trying to improve there life.
