This was the first time that I had gone to this specific location and I’m so disappointed in some of the customer service.
There were two girls working there, one of them was named Melissa and the second one was named Alex (I asked Alex for both of their names). Alex took my order and she was beyond sweet and had a smile on her face even with the busy rush. I had such a pleasant experience with her but the girl Melissa who had made my coffee and my daughter’s coffee seemed like she genuinely didn’t even want to be there. I asked for whipped cream on both and one of them tasted like it had no sugar at all and there was barely any whipped cream, as if there was no more left in the bottle and she didn’t feel like getting a new one to add more whipped cream. Both drinks tasted really bad. So I asked Alex instead of Melissa to add more sugar and Alex remade the whole thing for me and it was delicious, my daughter also had Alex remake hers and it was really good. She remade both drinks without complaining even with their rush. Not only did Melissa’s drinks taste bad, she also didn’t smile once, gave us dirty looks, and overall had no positive attitude. I had also seen Mellisa using her phone throughout their rush and felt bad that Alex was the one taking and making most of the orders. I feel as the work should have been distributed as evenly as possible but it wasn’t. Overall I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Alex but felt very unwanted by Melissa.

Ordered a waffle cone with 2scoops but the cone tasted like styrofoam. They made me wait so I thought I would get a fresh one and was highly disappointed!!!

Last time they charged me for a drink twice and i never got a refund, have to ask for my drink to be remade almost every time i order a drink. Also, who ever this new lady is at the window in the mornings sucks! She damn near wants you to get out of your car and get inside the window to get your order. Acts like her arms arent long enough to pass me my order and dropped my change. Sad.
0 stars, i had to ask them to remake my drink. The girl, Melissa rude!!! And the second time I was handed my drink i asked her to wait because I was probably going to ask for my money back seeing as the color of my drink was off, she slammed the window, walked off. I kept honking and she refused to come back. The other boy that was there had to refund my money. This was the worst experience at a Dunkin I've ever had.

The girl who works there charged me single scoop for four ice creams when I ordered her one kids scoop and since they were closing she only said I am sorry. You can’t steal money from people just because you are in a rush.

I love Dunkin but this location is definitely not the best one. I tried to order some ice cream but they never have the flavors I want. That’s not a problem at all if they give me any other options. Every time I try to ask “hey what other flavors do you have that might be similar to the one I first ordered” they will always answer in a bad way like if it was a crime to ask. The other day that I went I saw this family and the boy that was working was rude with them asking them if they were waiting for something. They were deciding what to order but the guy working thought they were just messing around. I feel they should hire more friendly people instead of workers who get mad every time you ask something.

I understand running out of things. But to be out of STRAWS, MILK, CUPS. As a restaurant manager I have taken it upon myself to go to the grocery store to get what we needed. Wow

I asked the guy for a energy punch and he made the fizzy one instead wrong one so before I paid I told him oh no it’s actually blue raspberry and he’s like no we never do that- I get that drink once a week - I told him yeah and it usually costs around 5 something he told me that I must be thinking of somewhere else. I told him no it’s with the energy drink. He gave me attitude because he had two other girls working with him and he was trying to show off so I told him no again. He proceeded to told me what I wanna do take the wrong drink or leave and I told him it’s alright dude whatever and I left. Mind you this was Sunday. So whoever was closing around that time. The one dude and two chicks

Dunkin as a whole has gotten really, really bad. I only went because my daughter got a gift card. This was perhaps the worst Dunkin I've ever been to, so I won't be going back.
The location is terrible. Hard to get into, a really badly designed parking lot where the drive through exit, entrance and exit to the lot, and the spots to park all share the same spot making it a pain even with minimal traffic.
Once we got inside, it was not the Dunkin I remember. There were very few varieties of donuts to choose from, and only two types of Munchkins to choose from, and almost none of them were in the placement so that the donuts and labels matched. It was honestly disappointing, and even my 8 year old seemed kind of disappointed.
But we got stuff, anyways. The donuts themselves aren't anything worth talking about. They taste like nothing but sugar. They have no substance anymore. $10 for 6 crappy donuts. It truly is a waste at this point. But, like I said, gift card.
