2 youngsters running entire branch on Sunday afternoon, was not friendly at all we went with kids as regularly for our favorite donuts and hash-browns. I ordered as always medium hot latte with no flavor but lady made definitely used sweetener and was telling she did not when i can clearly taste of sweetness but later other guy said sorry that they run out of regular milk and it was sweetener used. Do not lie next time to customers just be honest even if you run out of some items it is totally fine not a big deal. Also i noticed the guy opened pack of sweetener with teeth which is disgusting so i will never use this location again.

Ordered through their app only to tell me when I arrive that they tried to call me to let me know they couldn't fulfill the order. The associates couldn't cancel the order as well to get a refund and when I ask them in length how their process works they detailed they receive only an order and name. No communication information like a phone number.
If you couldn't call me then why lie to my face in the beginning that you tried to reach out to me? Honesty isn't served at Dunkin.

This is terrible, the service is very bad, the employees are kind of confused, I waited 25 minutes for my order and it didn't arrive, these establishments should be closed
28 min wait on a mobile order just to be told they didn’t have what I ordered available (sourdough bread). Gave me an everything nice and burnt with a wake up that was squeezed together.

I waited 22 min for a bucket of munchkins and a large hot coffee. And a chocolate swirl. I don’t know why no one in the store was communicating with each other. I think re training is needed on ordering and getting orders out. The young lady in the front taking orders is new but the frustration on customers faces and hers because if not getting coffees out is real.

How can a place as mismanaged as this not get shut down?
Several times now I've ordered something through the mobile app, shown up to pick up my order, and then get told by the staff that:
A) They can't make my order (how does a donut & coffee place run out of donuts and milk?!?)
B) Somehow are completely unable to refund me my order

They are doing construction on the inside and it still allows mobile orders online to be placed. They have been understaffed for a month and he line is always 30 plus minutes.
