I have been 2 this location 5 times in the month of April 2024 because its convenient and located across the street from my home.The 5 times I have been to this Dunkin Dounuts they continue to get my order wrong!The staff needs better training and learn to listen and get orders correct.This business gets way to many customers to continue to make the same mistakes! Getting orders wrong and making customers wait a long time has to get better!Time to do better Dunkin Dounuts!Your consistent customers deserve better!!!!

Wow!! I was not at all surprised to see the ratings for this store when I checked today. It's sad actually. My experience here today was terrible to say the least!! Had to wait long then was given a watered down frozen beverage that was missing an ingredient. When I brought the item inside they were extremely rude. Claiming I was wrong. Refusing to re make it. When I asked for the manager I saw a guy who was texting at the counter look up from his phone at me and say "that's me" Then I explained to him that I wanted to exchange my item he just told me " she said it was correct " like I was wrong so oh well! Un real. I paid for that. Threw it away. Will never return. Should be ashamed.

worst place at this location why are they still running on a business if they are not answering there phones!! I been trying to call them so I can tell them to pick different time to let them know I’m never ordering from this place again they need to shut the places down if they hate working here no reason to keep this location on business if they are so lazy and rude employees.

Can I give them Zero ? "Extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin' Donuts location. Despite being a loyal customer, I've had nothing but trouble with my orders. On two separate occasions, they got my simple request for a small black coffee and a small coffee with two creams completely wrong. The first time, my coffee was cold, and the second time, it was diluted with creams in both. When I asked for a refund, they outright refused. Unacceptable! It's frustrating to have to come back twice just to get a basic order right, and even more so when they fail to provide a reasonable resolution. As a regular morning and afternoon customer, this experience has left me with no choice but to never return to this Dunkin' Donuts branch."

I wanted to acknowledge the young man who is at the drive-through. He is funny and just added a smile to my face this morning, very bright eyed and talkative . His name was Shawn and I hope I see him again my next Dunkin’ run.

The food was cold, they gave me attitude as soon as I walked in as well as not being able to count as they gave me 5 HASBROWNS instead of the 6. This place is failing and wasn’t what it used to be.

I miss the old people when they're were actually getting the things right I ordered a cinnamon vanilla iced coffee, a large vanilla iced coffee and a cappuccino blast. First they put the LARGE vanilla coffee in a small and then the LARGE cappuccino blast messed it up from a large to a medium. They obviously don't know how to do their job. This place was better when they had they're employees from summer 2023.

Hello,I come here everyday .. matter of fact I drive past 1 to get to this location.. whoever the skinny little Hispanic chick is with the long hair & glasses that is working at 545 am and she is very rude. I said thank you have a good day when she came to the window to give me my order & when it’s just her my coffe tastes very bland. I spend good money here & it’s employees like her who drive good customers away

Where to begin. Aryan took my order in full, only to stop me and then clock in. I ate my food inside and listened to him give all sorts of excuses to people at the drive thru,"we've got people waiting inside, its best if you came inside." Myself and one other individual were the only people inside."I'm the only person working here today." Which may be true, but we saw another gentlemen working, however he may have gone on lunch/break at the moment"We're cleaning our cook tops so we can't make any food" said minutes after he gave me my food which was extremely cold."We're cleaning our drink machine its gonna be a long wait"All within maybe 5-10 minutes of sitting inside while I ate my cold bagel sandwhich. Seems like the establishment may be missing out on revenue while their workers nudge customers away.

This place deserves zero rating. I had to wait for 15 mins because no one was answering drive thru and I kept saying hello, went to the window to order and they still gave me the wrong order. I asked for an iced coffee wth cream & caramel, they added sugar! Pathetic Service and employees are always sleepy!
