First time going here was later at night and they were closing in 45 min. The food was microwaved in front of us and then prepared. Chips were stale and the agua frescas we got were watered down. The service was slow.. she was nice, but we were the only ones there and it should have been a better experience. Recommend never going when they are close to closing if you want freshly cooked food. Lastly, what we paid was definitely not worth the food or experience.

VERY CLEAN, nice place with authentic flavor. It has the perfect balance of authentic environment while also making it easy for non Spanish speakers and a very welcoming atmosphere. Menu is very diverse and EVERY item iv tried I have not been disappointed. Parking is nice and open. The best horchata I’ve had anywhere and best tacos. Taco Tuesdays is where it’s at here they NEVER fail to hook you up! Very chill and stress free place.

My experience with the patron restaurant in Hanover Park was terrible, the tacos have no flavor and apart from the very dry and ugly meat and another thing, check your bank accounts because they charge you extra fees if you pay by card and they don't tell you, they gave me a charge in the restaurant and in my bank it reflects another. That has never happened to me in a place that is a business and I have to pay surcharges so that the owner pays his taxes oh for using for the collectionHaving them pay by card I did know that there was a minimum to use a card but not a surcharge to pay in a place where so many people go to eat, I will never go to that place again and I would not even recommend it to any of my friends oh family
I tried one taco al pastor… it was decent. Took a bite of the asada taco… I had to spit it back out. I was not able to finish that even if I tried. The meat tasted like it was frozen for years or something.. the flavor was just awful. Guacamole and chips were good though.

The food there was very good some service and the employee's there don't know english that offen but the food there pretty good especially how the takeout looks with next the food and also I like how fast my food cooks perfectly too.

Understaffed; felt like I created more work for them in their kitchen sink asking for a plate & a spoon; prices are fair though; has loud & never-ending beeping restaurant equipment sometimes; had to ask for water halfway through the meals on occasion; just a strange vibe, they are nice though; they will get you what you want; I don't even have to Google how to say stuff in Spanish now; it's just a slow line; trying to be patient or avoid the rush.

On Sunday I went to eat at this place and my husband had a problem with the tacos, I told the waitress (by the way, terrible service with her). I asked for the manager or owner and when I heard this the cook told me that it was not possible for my tacos to have hair because they do not have long hair ? then the hair came out by magic I liked to eat there regularly. But with this I won't go again Rude education and poor customer service
