McDonald's Hanover Park-O’Keefe Family Restaurants

Little parking, have to walk in through the drive thru. Can't get drinks, ketchup, straws yourself

So annoyed. I called the store and complained that the food was cold and old. I talked to a "manager" name Alissa. I told her my issue and she kept repeating to bring the back the food. Kid you not over 4 times. It got to the point where I said " bringing back my food is NOT THE ISSUE I will do that tomorrow. The question is asked is will you be there? She then responded the guy said when you came it was the right time 4:46. I'm just listening like Um what?! It's not even worth the headache of going back. You guys can keep it. They use to be good here they suck now. Communication sucks worse!

Worst egg mcmuffin i ever had...cold and didn't bother to toast the muffin..for 5$ i will never go back

We came to order two shamrock shakes drive thru, we paid at the first window, got to the second window and the employee told me to pull to the third window since they are still making them. We waited around until another employee finally came and told us they don’t have shamrock shakes and he offered us different flavor of shakes which we chose strawberry flavor. We waited a little bit more later he came back and told us they were completely out of shakes. At this point we told him we wanted a refund since that’s the only reason we came to McDonald’s he proceeded to tell us that it is the store policy that they don’t give refunds and we couldn’t believe what we heard and asked to speak to a manager. We waited even more time waiting for a manager to come talk to us and the manager never came. The employee came back and told us they were making the shakes even though they told us they were out of them. We proceeded to tell the employee that we didn’t want the shakes anymore because at this point we were dissatisfied and confused with the whole situation. The employee seemed mad and walked away when we told him we didn’t want the shakes anymore we wanted a refund. We waited agin and when we came back we expected them to give us a refund but instead he came back with the wakes that we didn’t want anymore and he gave us a strawberry shake and a shamrock shake even tho we didn’t want them anymore. At That point we just took the shakes because we figured the manager doesn’t want to deal with their costumers and didn’t want to give us a refund even though it was their fault. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience will not be coming back to this location.

Edit. 03/08/25. This morning i ordered 2 mcgriddles, and a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal. In the drive through i noticed i was missing a mcgriddle and asked for it. I got it back but once iw as home i realized they forgot the hashbrowns too. I have worked in the food industry it reallly isnt that hard to put all the items in the bag. Not to mention they didnt even give me a mcgriddle they gave me a bun??? Literally insane. End edit. The blonde woman at the first window taking the orders was extremely rude and didnt understand what adding sugar to coffee meant. Absolutely ridiculous and i didnt even get an iced coffee? I got coke.

Worse customer service ever drive thru. Never ever will go there again!

Getting $$$$$$$

I went to one of their McDonald location in Hanover Park IL. I went through drive through it has no sign of “no return”. I placed my order and I didn’t get what I asked for which I repeatedly told them. At this location they don’t speak English very well. So rude slams window. And doesn’t wear name tag. Disrespect customer. Called me bad names in Mexican words. I didn’t get food neither refund. Manager on shift she sabotage my food and refuse to refund. Her employee before he slammed window he called me bad name before manager came. And just found out whole team is Latino including GM. They all support and make a team on this behavior.

I Ordered the 5meal deal with the mc chicken and got something the wasn't even a Mc- chicken I goes back and showed them what they gave me replaced the chicken with a Mc Double I asked the mangr. Did it come with 2 pieces of meat he said NO the 1st but I knew it did went back again, then this co- worker / or mangr. Started arguing with me about it and I wasn't talking to her I'm never going back here again!! 💯 BAD- EVERYTHING and didn't wonna REFUND MY DAMN MONEY!!!!

I find it ridiculous when you order chicken nuggets they charge you for sauce

I love this mcdonalds but lately they've been failing on mobile orders. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese mcgriddle and only got the egg.

Worst $5 I ever spent.
The bun on the burger was hard like a rock and stale. The fries were ice cold. The cashier laughed when I said I wanted my burger plain- unnecessarily rude and judgmental. She has a lot to say for someone who works at McDonald’s. I only stopped here because I’m exhausted from work. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Go literally anywhere else. Gas station food would be better.
