Everything was just ok. Service wasn't the best. Half of the things we ordered we had to keep coming back up for. The play area was at least decent. Some employees were just too busy talking with what seemed like family. Not sure if I would return. Fries were also cold and flimsy.

I love the place and food but sometimes service can be a little slow but great staff very friendly

This mcdonalds sucks. They are SO picky about even ONE sauce... doesn't matter if you ask at the window or ask ahead, the manager at night will not give it to you. Even if you order it ahead and they repeat your order to you, if they didn't actually put it on your receipt she will refuse to give you anything. She will fight with you at the window that you didnt pay for it even though you literally included it in your order to avoid her bullshit. And she is rude and snappy. food is always old, and they are very slow. One of the worst locations I've ever been to.

This is for the Hanover park location in the cross roads of barrington and Irving park rd by Menards This place is horrible the employees hardly speak English they screw up our order constantly. they don’t add the coupon codes that we provide. I would avoid them at all cost they screw up our order way to much

Made me and my girlfriend sick. Last week me and my girlfriend went for lunch and that same evening she started feeling sick, then she felt really sick that night and in the morning.

For the last 2 days, I pretty much only had this McDonald's food 2 qtr pounders, 2 egg mcmuffins. And now I'm up in the middle of the night sick.

Never had this issue at my usual McDonald's spot, and I've been going there for years.

Food came out soon enough, and it's like any other McDonalds when it comes to atmosphere, but the both of us getting sick on separate occasions with only 3 visits is enough for me to not come back.

Food is consistent about 95% of the time and I USED TO go there almost every day (I know, I know..). The downside of this one location compared to others is their prices. It seems whenever a products gets a little popular they’ll quickly raise prices. For instance look at the $5 meal deal. I’ve seen it for $5 for the McDouble meal deal at every single McDonald’s I’ve been to, but this one is $6 for that same meal. Check their other items too, you’ll find they raise their prices at least a dollar more than any other mcdonalds. There are 3 others within a 5 minute vicinity that have lower prices.

Fix your menu prices and make them the same as the surrounding restaurants. Stop trying to take every single penny you can from your customers. I’ve moved on from this one and I visit the one on Bartlett Rd now, they’re cheaper and seem just as consistent. Only 5 minutes away if you want to save ~$5 on your bill.
Bear Family McDonald’s has better prices than O’Keefe Family McDonald’s.

I will change my review once this restaurant matches the prices of surrounding McDonald’s restaurants

Don’t go to this location if you’re looking to get an ice cream cone, pitiful servings with much of the inner rim of the cone completely exposed.

Most of the staff are decent but I ran into a manager tonight that did not believe I didn’t get a barbecue sauce at the drive thru. It was a Monday night at 11pm and no one was there. Seemed upset I interrupted her conversation with another employee.

I always comeback to this specific mc donalds with my baby, the staff is so nice the play ground area is always clean, the old man how clean the area it is so kind and friendly ❤️ also the manager i don remember his name but very professional kind and help ful! 100 stars 🌟 for them! Thank you!
