if i could give a 0 i could, Really disappointing experience. My total was about $15 and I paid with a $20 bill. The cashier gave me only a few cents back and didn’t return the rest of my change until I asked for it which should’ve been automatic. I’m a younger customer and I came in by myself, so it felt like they didn’t take me seriously or thought I wouldn’t notice. No customer should feel uncomfortable or like they have to double-check simple change. Definitely not a good experience at all.

Have been here 3x hoping for better, egg mcmuffin was not good at all, another time..frozen cokes tasted like dirty water and egg biscuit sandwich was very hard...very disappointing

Everytime I order from here they forget something. I just reordered again and asked them to add the meal that was missing and they said to contact DoorDash. It’s funny how they gave me attitude. When they were in the wrong. Please do better the extra meal was for my daughter. Your manager should check your cameras and see what’s going on.

Because I am homeless McDonald's refused to serve me refuse to take my order left me standing there embarrassed without even acknowledging that I'm ready to order food. They bypassed me and continue just to have me standing there in the lobby while because again I am homeless they did not even acknowledge the fact that I was there to order food. The manager Maria responded attitude and then continuing to say do whatever you want. I would not recommend listening or allowing this woman to be a manager of the store let alone treat their customers with this sort of respect.

I keep meaning to leave a review because this is the absolute best McDonald’s! The workers are outstanding and quick. The orders are always accurate, and they never miss an online order, which seems to be a common occurrence at most McDonald’s. We go out of our way to go to this McDonald’s to get our coffees because the workers are just so nice. It takes them less than a minute sometimes to get the order together. We really appreciate the service here!

This was altogether terrible of an experience. I decided to go on a whim and I had to use the bathroom. It was literally atrocious. All sorts of fluids on the floor, dirty toilet paper on the floor, flies roaming around etc. I found myself wondering if the place is this unsanitary then is the food as unsanitary? I decided against buying any food there because of the unsanitary conditions.

This is the second time, half of my order is missing upon pick up at drive thru window. Yesterday, i paid for 2 french fries, and a sandwich, didnt get second french fries upon arriving at home. I was with toddler, so didnt open order next to him to avoid crying and eating in the car. Around 2 weeks ago, they didnt add a second chicken sandwich. So basically, personnel either not trained, not paying attention, or just eating my orders on the side? No bueno

The worst McDonald’s I have EVER been too. Not only did it take them forever to get our order ready but a lady in a big bun, glasses and a pink shirt (on 3/25/25 @5:50pm) brought our order ready with a really bad attitude. When I went up and asked her for help with some condiments she gave me so much attitude and was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive when I told her the ice was out in the soda machine ( because they refused to fill our cups) she said “OK” with a horrible attitude. They got my order wrong gave my husband an attitude and took over 10 mins to make a new burger.stay far far away. The lady in the pink shirt should be fired for how horrendous her customer service was
