Fantastic food. Quickly becoming one of my favorite places to order chicken. Im hooked. Im always catering and taking it to my family's for birthday's and gatherings. The service is very friendly and helpful when you ask fo recommendations.

Call and order ahead of time to have your food ready through the drive-thru. 😎 That way you don't have to wait. It's not fast food. Can't rush greatness people. 🩷

Customer service is awful. They took a long time to even take my order at the drive through, mind you there were not other customers inside as the parking lot was empty. Once they finally took my order I still waited at least 15 min to give me my food. This is not the first time this happens, but I figured it give it a try. Tacos are good though
30 min for tacos in the drive the must have one worker cooking not worth coming back after today

I love the chicken, but they used to put the onions & peppers separately and now they just throw it on top of the chicken. They also give you a lot less sauces when buying a whole chicken.

First time I went back after they open again ask for carnitas tacos no fat they were perfect last 2 visit ask for same order and they were nasty lots of fat even the fat looked and tastes nasty the worst tacos I had around streamwood even Fernandez is better and I don't like Fernandez last time I go to chapala
