My nephew and I had a great time making apple strudel with Renate on November 9th. If you haven't had a class yet with Renate, you MUST plan to do one soon. We always thought strudel making was difficult, but Renate showed us how easy and quick it can be. And it was delicious!! We look forward to participating in another class very soon.
