Bad customer service just for not speaking the language..

My family and I have been getting pizza from this place since it was in its OG spot by Portillos. Pizza is usually ready within 10-15 minutes, super quick transaction. Owner is kind and you pretty much always see him which is cool for a small business. For the price, you can’t beat it.

I placed a order for 3 pizzas at 9:10 and the “manager” said give me 5 min and I said ok and I got there at 9:25 because I live 10 min away from there and he told me he sold my pizzas and that he only had other options that I did not want and I got annoyed and said ok can you make them and he said NO that I should of gotten there 10 minutes earlier so I told him I couldn’t because of my distance and he told me to bad and that he won’t remake them and started ignoring me and said if I won’t leave that he is going to call the cops it was the worst service I’ve ever seen

My family & I have gotten our pizza here for the past 15 years (at least). Even way back at the original location. Price has always stayed low, they are extremely fast, food is always fresh and hot. We get it maybe once or twice a month and never had 1 bad experience. Not 1

Drove past this place 100s of time in the past 5 years, always thought "nah it can't be that good". Wrong! The pizza was very, very tasty and a great deal, won't break the bank for a fun take-out dinner for the fam.

Finding a hair inside your pizza is something that will never happen in this pizzeria, and it won't happen because its cooks are very hygienic and always cover their hair... Even if it seemed like pubic hair. In any case, if you complain, you will be very well attended by their manager, especially if you are Latino, and if you have to escalate the case, they will surely respond to your complaint quickly.
