Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to!! every time I go there either something is wrong in my bag or something is missing from my bag!!!

Seems to be a language barrier at this location. They can handle direct order and such, but if there are issues, there are communication gaps. Staff is friendly and 'ot rude.

SUCH POOR service told me I had to wait twenty mins for my food and pay extra if I switch out a chicken piece. But you always never extra charge, greedy late night workers that smell like weed at the window. Left to go to KFC and they gave me extra food and a late night discount. Longest line in Popeyes in Hanover Park- for only having legs and wings available to their customers at 10pm??? When you close at 11pm. Embarassing visit! Not to mention the time I found a hair and the manager told me I can get a refund just for that one piece of chicken- wild customer service here.

Unfortunately, went on a night when Anna the manager was on. She is unpleasant to deal with concerning coupons and the restaurant service and cleanliness is more chaotic. I've been going to this Popeyes for years, but will now be going to a different one due to Anna.

Every time I go for a take away from this place it's almost as if a little kid packed the order together. The lids of the sides ALWAYS comes off loosely and SPILLS in the bag.

Order for memorial service, family member loved Popeyes! Guest and family loved the food! It was delicious and fresh! I only go to the Popeyes in Hanover Park, they never disappoint me! Love that chicken from Popeyes! 😂
