If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I ordered drive thru service. I placed my order at 7:28pmCST. I received it and took it home to eat. Once I was almost done with my food, I pulled a long blonde hair out of the mashed potatoes after taking a bite... I clearly don't have blond hair and no one in my family does. I then went into the store to speak with the manager about my order, showing pictures and videos of my food when I found it. And the employees there just looked at me like it’s a normal occurrence, and thought I was trying to get more food. When I found the hair I gagged, and stopped eating. There was also a black hair in the gravy. I took the picture right down at my plate where I pulled it out of my mouth, I also took a video. As I was speaking to the "manager" about my problem, they said I would have to bring the nearly finished food pretty much back to the store??? All I wanted was my refund, and even more to just see for myself how to handle the situation. *EDIT* Noticing now in the picture I took, the chicken is also NOT FULLY COOKED!!!!! This place will literally get you sick, don’t listen to the 3 year old 4 star reviews. I also contacted customer service and had a case in review. I am NEVER eating at this store or any other Popeyes ever again if this is how food and safety regulations are being followed. I use to work at Panda express and know all the regulations. These employees could care less of how the food is being prepared for customers to receive it. I also noticed going inside the store the second time to discuss my order, all of the female employees had NO HAIRNET. Surprise?! NO! At this point there would be plenty of other people to work here and follow the guidelines of health and safety. I'm disgusted with my order and the quality of it as well. This store always finds a way to mess up your order. The tenders were not fresh and could obviously tell they were sitting out for too long. After talking to the not so helpful staff and manager, I left without a refund, and i wasn’t gonna come back with my near empty food. Honestly I don't even care about the refund, I just want to inform and care about health and safety in a restaurant environment. The most disgusting part is that I had pretty much almost finished my meal until I found out?That meal was my only dinner tonight, so I was hungry and ate fast, I hate to have found out that’s how my order is being prepared and for the staff to have no care or even sympathize. No one should receive food that’s prepared in a kitchen with hair in it. Disgusting. I didn’t even cause a scene even though I wanted to so bad and yell, but i kept my cool. Told the other customers too because they overheard, the other lady in there could vouch for me, she saw all of them had no hairnets on too, but maybe she still got food because that was her only dinner for tonight too. Where’s the decency. I hope they all get fired/ replaced. I’m waiting to speak with a representative soon.

Went there today got a 8 piece they gave me 2 wings, 2 breast and 4 nasty thighs..I thought with 8 pieces it's 2 of each. The thighs look they we're spoil inside. It's a shame to spend $33 and get such horrible food. I would not encourage my friends to spend a dime there.
The food was good, but I came on a Sunday morning, and me, I’m a rather patient person. But when I saw my food was taking long; and by long I mean 12 minutes just for 5 tenders and a small mash and gravy, and keep in mind it wasn’t busy, all I saw was people bundled up in the kitchen dancing with a manager it seemed like, because a few weeks ago I came a little after 5, and that same manager woman was giving me problems because all I was missing was a small fry, and she was the one who was supposed to help me but instead gave me lots of attitude and cursed me out in Spanish, I speak Spanish even though it doesn’t look like it and her behavior was not professional at all.
Great job! Hot food. Super busy because of the superbowl, but handled great. All the food was hot and correct. Great job!

Don't expect to get your prepaid mobile order pick up order 5, 10, or even 15 minutes after the arrival time the app tells you the order will be ready by. You can arrive 10 minutes after the ready time, and THAT'S when they'll start putting the order together. You'll wait at least 25 minutes after arriving and being told "just a couple of minutes" to finally pick up the order you purchased an hour ago. You'll also have to remind them that the order has drinks..after they say "thank you, have a nice day". When you get home you'll realize that they missed a side order. Similar experience last time my wife wanted Popeye's.
