Today, 11/28/25, I ordered two feta egg wraps and paid with Google Pay. When I got home, I looked at the receipt and noticed they had given themselves a $5.00 tip, which I never authorized. Now I know why they didn't ask me to answer questions on the card reader since they had already given themselves a tip. Pretty dishonest, if you ask me.

Just went through the drive through and got a coffee. Placed it on my cup holder and tried to grab it but the lid and cup completely broke and I spilled scorching hot coffee on my thigh and hand…

Went back to get my refund and the store manager Ryan only gave the refund and told me that the District Manager Chase said they do not double cup anymore..

Be careful if you get a hot coffee to go as Starbucks is trying to save money on cups and would rather have their customers get burned in the process with only a refund and a remake of their drink (I didn’t want a remake as I know they don’t double cup LOL)

This location is near work so I stop here often. Everyone who works there is super friendly and I always get great service! It’s typically never too busy and there is almost always seating available inside. The drinks always come out exactly as I order them sometimes the bathroom can be a little messy, which is the only reason why I didn’t read this a five star location, not a huge deal for me.

Ordered a large drink she gives me a small cup I told her I said large she said I said grande I dont even use that language so she took back the drink swapped it into a big cup with alot of foam I said the cup is half empty she took that back and made another without the shot of espresso which I paid for I told her she didn't add the shot she said give me the drink take back your money I asked for the manager she said she is the manager and I didn't go to work because I was dealing with issues and she made my day unbearable so I deleted starbucks and I will never go back to a place that made me feel like that funny thing is my dashcam picked up me saying large not grande

Waited 16 mins for a tea then I get to the window they made the tea but set it to the side while she trains someone so now that an additional 6mins when I asked what’s the issue my tea is sitting right there the manager looks at me and pauses for 20 seconds just to say we are training (like everyone in line which is backed up doesn’t have a place to be) like literally she had me waiting for no reason after I handed over my money she should’ve handed me my tea as soon as it was made but noooo I felt so disrespected because you are on my time I should’ve never had to wait a total of 21mins altogether for a tea … it’s ridiculous every time I come here I’m disappointed I won’t be bck

The brown sugar shaken espresso is never made right here. Its supposed to have a 'splash' of milk and a lot of ice. My cup is always 3/4 milk, no espresso and is for some reason always sickly sweet. Other locations make it wonderfully.

I had picked up a mobile order this morning and Megan K was so super helpful! She help fix my order and brought my croissant out to my car. She did not have to do that! She went above and beyond! Jace is also great! I see him most mornings and he takes my order. He's so nice and always has a great attitude and asks me how my day is going. Such a great team there!! ❤️

My first time I have a bad experience at a Starbucks the guy in the window was very rude we asked for sugar and creamer he didn't say anything he just shut the window but the rudness started since we were ordering on the speaker horrible!

Everytime I got here my order gets messed up and I pay for extra and never get it 3rd time this week. Maybe if they were working instead of laughing and talking it wouldn't happen. I can through drive through no one in line instead of taking my payment while the coffee was made they were talking making me wait longer then I ask her if the extra stuff I payed for got put in and she says yes and yet again for the 3rd time this week it was not. This is so frustrating
