Go an extra mile to take another subway but never go to this store!
Food’s okay but only if you’re lucky to go in right time,

Doesn’t accept coupons, asks to pay full, if not paid full, he just simply throws away food otherside infront of you.
I’m surprised no one sued this store before for their customer service.

I live about a mile away from this subway. They started to refuse coupons at this location around March or April. prior to that they had issues with customers bringing in expired coupons and you had to tell them about your coupon before they would make the sub. I'm positive it's just a way for them to exploit your wallet.

The Hanover Park Subway gives less topping on the subs then the Bartlett location and service is kinda crap if you don't get one of the girls on shift. Don't come here if you get your monthly coupons in the mail go to the Bartlett location instead they still accept coupons. I'm unsure if the subway in streamwood is owned by the same owner so please let me know if they accept coupons for anyone who is reading this.

There's a chipotle opening next store to this subway so I'm hoping that'll put up competition and maybe allow them to accept coupons in the future due to less business.

After we ordered for eating in, we were informed they were closing early.

The worst subway experience. Asked for a cheese roll and they handed me cold pita with a few slices of cheese in it without even putting it in the oven. Went back inside and told the person that its cold , she then puts it in the microwave and hands it back to me. Just awful.

Need to tost more better the food. I have years consuming in this restaurant and is good but last couple months when I ordered online specifically my foot long phillips is not tosted good. The meat is cold. Need to work with that guys. I considered more start if fix the issue

Stingy people here...pretty much every Subway. Don't ever take coupons and when they do it's certain subs and that's when they stiff u ,cut u use coupons.

Missing bacon and went back because it was an extra $2 they cleared there rush before they remade my sandwich
Got back home and now it was missing cucumbers and cheese
