I see a lot of bad reviews for this Wendy's but im not gonna lie everyone was very nice and friendly. My food was hot and very fresh I mean I even said to myself damn this is the freshest I've ever gotten fast food. And it was delicious.

You all are so quick to rush someone out of the drive thru for no reason cause we were the only car there. The guy in the drive thru was short and kinda rude, sandwich was made incorrectly, & how do you not give us straws for all 4 drinks ordered? Smh do better!

I mean, it's Wendy's, but a good one overall. Nice fake fireplace and clean restrooms. Employees were friendly and the food was predictably good (especially the chocolate frosty)!

I ordered through the app and my food was hot and fresh. I wish I would have gotten the names of the girls working this particular night (12/12/25) as it was slightly busy around 7:15PM but they were genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and friendly. Had to wait a short while but it was worth it for the food I received. I hope they keep up the amazing work they do!

We ordered for pickup and when we arrived the guys started yelling at us to “hold up” “we don’t do online orders” they never came back to the speaker or the window. Disgusting customer service from a food establishment.

Never left a bad review anywhere and never had a bad experience at any Wendy’s until I visited this specific location. Drive through staff was very rude, especially the hispanic lady with short pixie cut taking drive through orders during their late night shift. She doesn’t even understand how their own menu works and puts the blame on the customer for HER MISTAKES. I had to go through the drive through THREE times due to her not giving me items that I had payed and asked for but then proceeded to give me nasty looks and tried to be smart mouth with me. She didn’t even apologize for her multiple mistakes and had another worker talk to us instead of talking to us herself. Not even sure who decided to hire her….

Something is missing from my mobile order. With people in line behind me I didn’t want to hold everyone up double-checking what I was given at the drive thru. I did take a quick peek but apparently should have gone through it with a fine tooth comb instead. When I try to call the restaurant after getting home, no answer. Tried to call several times and I cannot get anyone to respond. Do I really have to drive all the way back!? Give me my money back for service not rendered then! No wonder the reviews here are garbage.

Absolutely disgusting. We came at 1 AM and the service was AWFUL. The food was even worse. The man in the drive-through screamed into the mic, cut us off multiple times, and sneezed throughout taking our order. Our food came stale and cold, and we immediately felt nauseous after eating. I’ve never left a review before, but this experience was so horrific I felt I had to warn others. First time trying Wendy’s and our last. Do not come here!!!

I do Uber Eats, I went to pick up at this restaurant today at 12:50 am and the employee who attends treated me very rudely, a terrible service and more to me who am also providing a customer service, very bad service.
Rude stuff at Drive Through. Today, 9/11 after a hard day, when trying to buy food for myself and kids, one Hispanic lady yelled at me that I ordered “fruit punch” instead of “HONEST fruit punch” 🤷♀️ You didn’t tell it was HONEST!!!!! She shouted. Hello, I am your customer, I’m not supposed to know the brands!! If I ordered something you are not sure about, ASK the question! Ruined our whole evening. Avoid this location if you don’t wanna be treated like dogs I wonder if all of these negative reviews are related to the same lady.
