Great neighborhood bar. Had burgers which were handmade and delicious. All patrons very friendly.

L & J Bootlegger Saloon is a fun local bar that only accepts cash or local checks, as they don't take plastic. The bar has a great Saturday bartender, and four visitors who stopped by over the weekend really enjoyed their time there. If you're not a twenty-something looking for a ten-dollar craft beer, Bootlegger's is exactly the kind of bar you want – a place where people used to go to listen to music on a jukebox and drink from a well among good company, which is exactly what you'll find here. The bartender/owner, Jason, is awesome and takes great care of the place and its customers. One customer even drives 1.5 hours just to get a nacho plate and hang out at this 10/10 establishment.
