STORE IS NEVER OPEN AT 10:30 or even 11:00! Pre-ordered 10 pizzas for a school trip and called TWICE to confirm pickup. Went to pick-up order and store never opened! Had to scramble to get everyone fed! Made for a horrible field trip experience!

Food is decent. But the customer service is what ruined it for me. They do not acknowledge you at all. Not one employee had a smile. Just death stares from employees. You can go down the road and get Domino's for about the same price if not cheaper, taste better and most important the customer service is way better!

Even bad pizza is pretty good. Service is good here the staff are polite. Pizza is quick. Here me out don't just dismiss me I actually like the sausage pizza. Is it perfect does it even resemble Italian sausage not at all. Does it have it's own special place in my heart. Yes.

My boyfriend and I went to harrisburg little caesars Il. We go hes all excited about his pretzel crust and me my extra mostbestest cheese.. i go in and cant type code in and my pizza werent in the portal i got old bread. The portal is supposed to be fresh pick up and go easy. It was not and it was horrible looking pizzas. My extramost pizza looked like a light cheese and the pretzel has no salt and was almost black. I used to be a manager there and every time i go in there its worse. I paid 21$ for pizzas that honestly should have just been hot and ready prices cause they didnt do none of the extra special things their supposed to. Im upset.

Today is July 3rd. Tried calling in my order but their phone was busy for 30 minutes. So I drove to Little Caesar's to verbally and in person , put. My order in but , the girl couldn't understand what I said so clearly .I had to tell her three times what I wanted on my one pizza.Then a guy came up from the back of the place and said someone is harassing his order girl that wasn't trained to do her job. I asked her if this was her first day and she said yes. So, don't blame the customers for your not training your help before you put them out front to take orders from your customers. I'll never go back to this crazy place ever again. I'll go to Mackie's pizza because they know what they're doing and Little Caesar's don't .

Food and service were not bad. My issue was that upon delivery the pizza was nearly cold as it was not kept in a heating bag. It just sat in the guys seat exposed to all the elements. Probably will not order from here again because of that.

Pizza was dried out from warming oven.not fresh at all.i requested a fresh pizza be made .when we got the pizza it had very little sauce. Last time I will order from them.
