This Pizza Hut location in Harrisburg was amazing. The workers were still nice and helpful, even though it was close to closing time. The customer received a whole family meal that was still hot and fresh. The experience was great, with quick service and tasty food, including a good crust. However, another customer had a less positive experience. They ordered a hand-tossed and a deep-pan pizza, but received two hand-tossed pizzas. Despite contacting the store and call center, the customer was unable to get a refund for the extra dollar charged for the deep-pan pizza, which left them frustrated.
