We ordered midnight Baja blast. We were not told until we got to windows when they handed us different drinks that they don't have that. I said they could have told us at the drive-thru speaker, and I was told no need to be rude. Rude is replacing an order with another without consulting us and assuming we want that instead. And expecting us to be happy about it.. I stayed polite... but I will be contacting the district office..

Soda had only carbonation, waited 45 mins for order, had multiple cars pulled in front of us for small order. Staff was snarky and rude. Had to go inside to retrieve order.

Best taco bell I have ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. There is an older black man who primarily seems to do the cooking and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Every time I go my order always ends up with an extra item, either a small free drink or an extra tender. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and does whatever they can to help if there is an issue with my order. Would highly recommend.

Long wait times every single time. Very disorganized. They had drive thru wrapped around and the lobby full. No orders were going out but, the employees were clocking out saying their shift was over. When I worked fast food in high school we were taught you clear the line & lobby before clocking out. There's honestly zero reason for such long wait times. They need better training, work as a team, and get more organized.

I had to repeat my order about 4 times before they finally understood what i was saying. It was very simple, i wanted nachos, cheese and meat. They struggled to do it apparently - Plus, every drink i ordered was very flat and tasted horrible. I finally settled for a water after 2 sodas being flat, and it tasted like it was straight out of a tap. - The person who brought my food out, wasnt even friendly.
