I work in this small little town and right across the street is this Wendy's location.
I usually grab a quick custom breakfast from this location and an occasion bored in the afternoon 6pc nugget.
The food is usually hot and fresh, there has been a handful of times where my order was incomplete or not correct, but as stated earlier in this text I do get a custom order and sometimes things get lost in translation.
Aside from that the staff is pretty friendly, they try very hard to make each experience personal by remembering your name, I think that's pretty dope. There's only been a time or two where I have been and didnt get great vibes from staff. Nothing to complain about. Each day is just a new day. You never know what people are going through so I just sort of shrug it off.
For the most part Im happy with this location, I'd def suggest popping in if your in the area and just looking for something quick and easy to fill your tummy.

I love wendys but this place is the worse I have ever been in. I ordered a medium meal and got a small, when I asked about it I was told she didn't ring in a medium. No problem them i looked at my chicken nuggets that clearing were not cooked they were still white. So I asked if they looked cooked and was told yes they are done. I sit down and dump my nuggets and the tray and clearly they are not done they are still white and wet. So again I take them back to the counter and show the gentleman my nuggets and ask if I can get some different ones. He looks at them and tells the staff he needs a 4 pack of nuggets. The woman looks at me and asks WHY THOSE ARE COOKED...again the gentleman looks at her and says he needs a 4 piece of chicken nuggets.... the staff here is absolutely the worse ever and the attitude they have they should not be working with customers. I do want to thank the gentleman behind the counter for helping me.

¡¡¡***PHENOMENAL ***¡¡¡ If you aren't eating here you're missing out!!!! Absolute perfection for a dining experience. Friday evening around 6:45 I walked in the door after barely eating all day. I'm generally pretty consistent with my food orders but this time I felt like trying something new. When I asked the girl behind the counter(Sophie I think) what she liked she said she really liked the spicy chicken sandwhich. She also added that she enjoys spicy food. Well as it happens I like spicy too but can be quite picky about the level of spicy in my food. There was something very truthful in her manerisms and communication. I ordered it and a junior bacon cheeseburger just to be on the safe side. Not only was the food prepared quickly but man was she right! That spicy chicken sandwhich was not only crunchy and fresh tasting but the absolute perfect portion. 100% fire !!!!(intended to mean delicious not super spicy) I literally had to force myself to slow down while I was eating it. I may have just found my new favorite burger and of all things it's a chicken sandwhich smh. Never would I have guessed how amazing that sandwhich would be. I've still got the junior bacon cheeseburger and who knows maybe I'll eat it later but I am absolutely full and couldn't be happier with this specific location. Clean, friendly and welcoming. If I could give a 10 out of 5 I absolutely would. Thank you to whoever hired and trained this young woman. And Sophie( I sure hope I am getting your name right) you are a treasure in this world. Continue being yourself in this life and it will take you places. Thank you falls utterly short of enough for your suggestion and communication skills. Wendys you better keep this one. I doubt you'll find many more like her around.

The hours need edited. I showed up to the drive-thru after placing a mobile order. I live within blocks, pulled up at 12:04 as the hours are listed until 1am. They were closed.
Did a simple mobile order 2 meals with fries and drinks. 1 extra sandwich. Was not given our second drink. Asked for the recipt. Was yelled at by Frankensteins blue haired daughter because she was wrong, watched them intentionally make my food wrong and throw it away twice in front of me laughing about it. when I was inside right in front of me. The manager who is still the same person somehow grabs my burger off the make table WALKS TO THE BACK OUT OF SIGHT AND COMES BACK. So anyone who can think knows what happened there. So, I asked for a refund and the entire Crack shack went crazy. Besides a tall young man who looked maybe highschool age and another guy who seemed to be a manager the whole place was absolutely rude and disrespectful. The other man who seemed to be the manager politely gave me a full refund while the rest of this homeless shelter of a Wendy's was Wilding out like an episode of trailer park boys. I love Wendy's dearly. But, looks like I'll still have to make that drive to marion. Do not go here. You might get a dose of fentanyl on a burger.

They shut off the frosty machine 45 minutes early on a Friday night. When I pulled around after ordering, I could smell weed smoke coming from the drive-thru window. It was too strong to mistake it for being from some other source. I know you are only going to have younger employees working late on Friday nights, but come on. The food was good. However, all four of our fry orders were only filled about 2/3 of the way. May be better to go here during earlier hours. Not worth $50.
