Horrible attitude you can even hear it thur the speaker, need to make some changes. I’m sure management is running that place to the ground. You’re in customer service, I’d figure it would come naturally.

It seems like they run outta food a lot.It's very disappointing that I work until midnight and I go to grab a bite from here and almost every night they're outta something I want. Maybe step it up on inventory, especially for those prices.

The Parmesan Caesar salad was the best I've ever had at any fastfood restaurant ever. And I told the employees that were working how delicious it was.

It was a normal Wendy's visit. Good meat. I don't prefer leaf lettuce on a hot burger. But eat em quick or the lettuce gets limp. Personal preference. Overall a very good visit.

Horrible experience, asked for fresh fries without salt. We were asked to pull forward sat there and waited about 5 mins for fresh fries then when we finally get our food fries are old, under cooked and have salt all over them. We pull back around to ask for some fresh without salt fries and all hell broke loose. They made fun of and mocked me at the window and pretty much told me that they would only replace one of them. We said no as much as we paid we would like fresh fries. The first woman wouldn't take the fries back through the window said she wasn't allowed to take food back from the window, she closed the window and mocked me again and sent another rude lady that insisted she could take the fries back through the window even though the other woman said they are not allowed to do this. We handed the boxes of fries back to her she intentionally dropped them and said someone threw them at her. Then after paying 26.98 to Wendy's to be made fun of and treated very poorly they call the police because they refuse to give us the fries that we clearly payed for. Talk to the police officers and the laughed about it but told us we have to contact corporate to have our money returned. We paid in cash and of course the didn't even give us a receipt. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere but Wendy's!!

When this place first opened I loved it. After the second time eating here it went down hill. They would forget half my order. And now my food is so dry it's not worth eating. I wasted money on food I can't eat. The wraps was salty also. I won't be back.

Was going to get soda from machine in dining area it was out of all regular products only had diet drinks or flavored water. Asked if they had different sodas on drive through soda machine was told no we don’t have any Plus soda machine in dining area had hair in drain of it, wife told an employee and she came over with a pitcher of water and poured it in the drain to “flush “ hair down drain. French fries were cold and food was poor quality at best .Tomato on sandwich was not ripened and lettuce was yellowed. Was supposed to have a peppermint frosty but there was no peppermint taste to it, tasted more like strawberry ( which they say they don’t have) than peppermint. I could understand why there was no other customers in the place. Unless this place gets some better management and caring employees it is not going to make it, just like the one we had in town years ago. Probably will not visit this place again.

Hadn't been here in a while wife and I stopped by, I got a biggie bag and the misses got a baked potato. We dined outside it was in the upper 70s. Just a nice experience.
