This is by far the best Burger King I have ever been in. Staff was so incredibly helpful and polite.
I screwed up my order... totally my fault.. and the guy behind the counter was just outstanding.

Stopped in on a Saturday. They gave us the wrong order but we ate it and both got sick. I'd say they need to clean house and maybe teach safe food handling to their sloppy employees who gave us the wrong food.

This is a nice Burger King. Staff very polite and assembled our food neatly. Inside tables and drink area are clean. Restrooms are clean. Burgers and I ion rings were very good.

My wife ordered a family meal thru drive thru, and she was given the wrong meal and did not know because the kids were crying. After arriving home, she noticed it was all wrong!! She called and filed a complaint and explained that she had ordered a specific meal cause of our daughter's allergy. They gave her a rain check for the next day, and we forgave them. We tried to get the order today, and MARITZA, the manager, said no. It is our fault for not checking the bag, and we have to pay the difference!!!Maritza did not want to give her name to my wife, and I had to go find out her name.Hopefully, corporate can forgive you tomorrow, Maritza. Cause giving wrong food to an allergy kid is not good at all. Specially for being the manager.

Just called to inform them that my daughter had an allergic reaction to their sausage and who ever I spoke to didnât even care to address my concern. I only called inform in case there was any cross contamination but instead of saying âthank you weâll make sure to clean the area just in case there was any contaminationâ he said â no no we donât mix egg with sausage.â Completely dismissing me. Rude. Itâs easy to cross contaminate and if you donât understand that youâre in the wrong industry.
I do not eat meat !! I came for my son !
