My wife ordered a family meal thru drive thru, and she was given the wrong meal and did not know because the kids were crying. After arriving home, she noticed it was all wrong!! She called and filed a complaint and explained that she had ordered a specific meal cause of our daughter's allergy. They gave her a rain check for the next day, and we forgave them. We tried to get the order today, and MARITZA, the manager, said no. It is our fault for not checking the bag, and we have to pay the difference!!!Maritza did not want to give her name to my wife, and I had to go find out her name.Hopefully, corporate can forgive you tomorrow, Maritza. Cause giving wrong food to an allergy kid is not good at all. Specially for being the manager.

I came in day before 11/22/23 Thanksgiving around 4:30 PM and I walked into one of the cleanest Burger King I have ever been in the tables and floors you could see your reflection in them and the food was made fresh. I highly recommend this Burger King at this time and date.

Stopped in around 6:30 to grab a burger and fries to go. I asked for fresh fries and they had no problem making some for me. I was impressed with the service. Nice clean restaurant.

It's a newer remodeled Burger King, new sign, new interior, new layout. Expectations were high.The BK Promise was on the wall next to the counter. The drink machines looked clean, and the mens room didn't smell bad - it's clearly being maintained.I hit the door, glanced at my watch, and waited.And waited.And waited (someone running back and forth to the drive through said "I'm sorry.")Don't be sorry, take my order.At around 5 minutes, someone I hadn't seen before came out of the back, and took my order. Around 3 minutes later, I had the food for my order.So what's going on? Manager - if you are slammed, pull the person off break and give them a break later. Having people stand around (and there were more behind me) isn't good.My order was a Whopper with Cheese, and a small fries and drink. The fries were hot, the Whopper with Cheese was hot, but it was also salty. And I like salt too much, but this one was way salty.The toppings tasted fresh.So Service needs attention, which means leadership / management at the shop. The food is okay, provided you don't mind waiting that long for what should be fast food.

I stopped on my way up to Wisconsin. Ordered a whopper jr meal, no onions no ketchup, add bacon. Got zesty onion sauce for my fries. Ate my fries and stopped to input directions into gps. Opened burger and licked some sauce on my finger, ketchup. Yuck! Threw it away.

I like shopping at A place where its Clean, the Atmosphere is Great, As Well as the Service from their team members, And i don't mind waiting Bc the Food Is Hot &Fresh, All Served In A Timely manner, YES!! ?????Parking: Plenty Of parking where you're not bumping Another's car door. I've seen Several work trucks w/various sizes of equipment, semi's, farm trucks, utility vehicles, Delivery vans, Etc. With Plenty of room to park. ????Kid-friendliness: They have Plenty Of room for the families w/Children, that doesn't interfere w/the other patrons as they eat!Wheelchair accessibility: There is quite A few parks in front of the door for various sizes wheelchairs that make it Easily Accessible through the Double doors!

The burgers are okay I mean it's fast food. The service was well fast lol didn't talk much since it was drive thru so meh the ambiance um its a fast food joint and I did drive thru or probably delivery so idk but yeah pretty good that my order wasn't messed up appreciate that lol

Went through the drive-thru on 7/6/23 at 09:22 am in Harvard, IL. The employee who took my order and coincidently was not wearing a name tag and did not give me a receipt, and who also gave me my food was horrible at customer service. She handed me my food and then shut the window. As I sat there looking at her she opened the window and I said “you could at least say thank you”, to which she grunted and shut the window and walked away!! Horrible customer service and I will think twice about going to this Bk again!
