The food was good, came out hot.. order was accurate..
I placed a curbside pickup order and waited 30 minutes for it. When nobody came out I finally went in and my food was cold. The kid offered to remake it for me but I declined because I would have been waiting 15 more minutes. The fries were terrible because they needed to change their oil. Ice cream was melted. I always have problems with this location. Tons of kids in there. Just standing around doing nothing... Super disappointing.
They were out of cheese curds. :( quick service
Quiet, clean little culvers!
Only use the drive-thru but very pleasant quick experience food was fresh

Ordered a Medium Cheesecake concrete mixer. Was told to pull up and they would bring it out. I waited 15 minutes and went inside. They totaly forgot I was waiting for my order. I went inside and got my money back and then they started laughing. I went to the DQ across the street. Bad customer service! Not even an offer to make it right away for me.

This is the WORST Culver's ever. I have been to several different Culver's in Illinois and Wisconsin, and I have never experienced such rude customer service in any store except for the one in Harvard! I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a fresh pint of the "Flavor of the Day". Mind you, it is EXPENSIVE at over $5 for a pint! Unfortunately I did not look in the bag at the container until after I was already past the window of the drive thru and noticed that it was a hard-as-a-brick-bat frozen pre-packed pint of the "Flavor of the Day". I wanted to eat it at a park with my dog, but I couldn't because it was too frozen to even get a spoon into. I went back into the store and tried to talk to the man behind the counter, but he said "that's the way we do things here... you order a pint, we ALWAYS give you the pre-packed pint." In all the other Culver's (especially Belvidere, IL), they always give a FRESH pint if it's the Flavor of the Day, or sometimes they'll ask if I would take a pre-packed one if they have it. But I've never received a hard-frozen one unless they ask if I want one first. Never had I experienced such rudeness with the staff, either. Culver's employees are usually always happy and chatty. Not this guy (I think his name was Robert)... he just wanted to get rid of me. Well, he accomplished that -- FOREVER! I will NEVER go buy anything from this Culver's in Harvard ever again! If you ever order a "pint" but want a fresh one (which I would think they would automatically make a fresh one if it's the Flavor of the Day) make sure you specifically say "a FRESH pint" instead of just "A pint of your flavor of the day".

Puppies were there for adoption. Made our visit extra special. Glad we got introduced the adoption agency because Culvers supports their presence.
Food was great as usual!
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are the way to go for kids of all ages! More than enough food for one person, plus custard!

This location needs some severe help. It doesn't even deserve a star.
Pub burger was missing an entire ingredient (onion) and had a TINY little smear of sauce.
Ordered a large ROOT BEER shake that has almost zero root beer flavor. It actually taste worse than if it would have been just vanilla at that point.
The cheese curds were at least decent... Putting cheese in the fryer is about the limit at this location though.
For $20 and being a 15 minute wait when they were not even busy, this is a terrible Culver's location.
