Came on a Tuesday was not even greeted when I came in like I usually do.Was ignored by Robert and when I finally had his attention he seemed annoyed when I was only trying to order some food.Gave it a chance and came the next day attitude did not seem to change very unpleasant if they hire employees with such attitude.If they don’t like their job they should look for another.Food is good but they should have better service

Walked in to my local Culver’s to wnjoy a family meal. I was greeted by smiling faces but when I went to order “Robert” was very rude and unpleasant. When we had a miscommunication while ordering he was snippy and sarcastic. What does a girl have to do to get good service? The guy who brought us our food was very kind unlike Robert.

We came about 8pm on a week night. Ordered 2 sundaes and took our number and sat down. No other customers and plenty of staff so order shouldn't have taken long. My husband finally went up to counter to check and employees were chit-chatting and forgot our order! Makes me not want to come back to this location. Where is the manager?

Awful Service .... I waited more then 20 mins parked outside for an Ice cream..... funny thing is that they were Not Busy!!!..... guy went in after I told him about my situation and brought me the wrong item, had to go inside and get my Ice Cream cone.... Very Bad Service! ??

Stopping to order a simple burger that elsewhere takes 5 minutes, these people here take their time almost 30 minutes as if you have your time, if they don't have trained or adequate staff, that's not my problem.

There is a young man who looks very Hispanic and his name is José and since he does not speak Spanish here the problem is that he has a very arrogant attitude, when I asked for my order he was very serious and looked at me in a very strange way as if I were begging for alms, and while I was waiting for my order I noticed that she had gloves on but she was rubbing her face and grabbing things and that's how she grabbed the food and with those same gloves she grabbed the money, on the other hand another girl looked very responsible and she grabbed the potatoes with the tongs I know that not everything can be perfect but José's attitude is not right. If he doesn't like his job, he should go and look for another one because that scares the customers. At least, if I go to this place again, I hope I don't see him and if he's there I better go somewhere else ??
I was here 2 times now and the first time I lost a bumper on my car and there was no camera to catch the hooligan that backed into me ON PURPOSE to leave the DRIVE THRU line. 2nd time you forgot our cheese curds man. Please get a camera for your drive thru line and please don't forget CULVERS IS THE CURD KINGS!

This is from Sunday afternoon-The person who was taking my order in the drive through was kinda rude and quiet. The food was amazing except for the part where they forgot to give me one of my sandwich's (this seems to happen to me often at this location). The young man who appeared to be a manager was not welcoming at all, in fact I don't ever recall him smiling or making eye contact with me! I don't except much from fast food and I always try to be patient, but this experience was very disappointing to say the least.
