This location has gone downhill since new ownership. We kept going to give them another chance and last night was the last time I'll go there. Ordered an M&M blizzard and received what looked like an attempt at a chocolate shake with about a tablespoon of M&Ms added. There was clearly chocolate syrup added to the vanilla ice cream and it was over blended like they were trying to make a shake. It was not at all what I'd expect a blizzard to be like. Unless they can train employees better on how to make menu items, I don't think we will be back.
I guess I'm getting used to the pricing these days. Great treat on a hot day.
Again so disappointed...ordered a heath brownie cupfection that I have been getting for over a year. Costs over $6 got to window only to receive it in a small cup. When I commented on this the women only smiled. This is on top of several visits without product including bananas
Great ice cream and good service. Ordered a pretty big order and was happy with their fast service.
Great service when I was there.
New owners are great 👍🏾

I came on a weekend for a food. I got four piece basket and it was a crispy, freshly cooked and wonderful five out of five for food and I came in the front. The front dining area was extremely clean and hygienically maintained. the working Indian couple is really ambitious.

I’ve been going to the Dairy Queen in Harvard for nearly 30 years, and it holds a special place in my heart. The ice cream has always been top-notch – whether it’s a soft-serve cone or a Blizzard, it never disappoints. Over the years, the building has changed, evolving with time, but the great memories I’ve made there have stayed the same. From summer nights as a kid to quick ice cream runs with friends and family, it’s been a constant in my life. No matter how much the building changes, the familiar taste and the sense of nostalgia keep bringing me back!

I got a chili cheese dog which was okay it’s not like how it used to be. I also got a blue raspberry Mr. Freeze smoothie and did not taste like it. I get it all the time in Woodstock. It just tasted like a very strong blueberry and idk why but the color was a dark blue instead of a light baby blue color. Was upset because I expected it to taste how it normally should and it didn't.
