Because I had a gift card given to me and because I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, I decided to go to this location and unfortunately, it's not how I remember how good the coffee and donuts were. The coffee tasted bitter, the apple fritter that we purchased was burnt, dry and there was no apples in it. And the bavarian cream donut hardly had any bavarian cream in it. And what I did taste, tasted like chemicals. If this is the standard for dunkin' donuts now, I guess the only time I'm going back is to use up my gift card and I won't be back again. So sad! If its location specific then something needs to change before I do go back and spend any money. With regards to the service, I didn't have a problem with anybody and the place looked clean.

It was very exciting for the town of Harvard to get a Dunkin, unfortunately this store lacks good customer service and quality of food and coffee is not satisfactory. Coffee is always lukewarm. For their coffee to taste decent you need to add an extra shot of espresso, food also cold.

Every time I come to the drive thru have to repeat multiple times and when I repeat my order you then get it and repeat it to me i wanna get my coffee and go not be there for 20 minutes I don't know why you guys are charging for donuts that are hard around 750 pm about to close?? you guys throw them away so why charge me for something that's not even good can't even eat it.... i would rather go to another Location (woodstock) Stays open later where they don't charge me for something so horrible. they give away the donuts with no problem. your location is serving hard and cold food. i wasn't expecting this. i'm an all time Customer Almost every time there's something wrong you have young teenagers that don't Work at a fast pace And give attitude for no reason. I will not be returning to this location!!

Every time I order a coffee with sweet cold foam they always end up putting whipped cream charging me $1.60 !!for the cold foam ! And it’s not even cold foam 🙄

The parking lot is trash, the music is always far too loud, the people seem unhappy. They do tend to get the pick up orders right ill give them that. And they're pretty quick with them if you choose walk in instead of drive through. The drive through is insanity most of the time.
Ordered a large Matcha latte with pistachio. Half of my cup was foam. After sitting for 5 minutes, only half of my cup was full. Probably won't be back.

Best service I have received from a DD in years! Not one issue with my orders, been coming for 3 weeks now. I literally skip the one in Lake Geneva and come to this one.
