The parking lot is trash, the music is always far too loud, the people seem unhappy. They do tend to get the pick up orders right ill give them that. And they're pretty quick with them if you choose walk in instead of drive through. The drive through is insanity most of the time.

I’ve been to this location many times since the opening and have had nothing but a pleasant experience! They always get my order right and have speedy service . Sad all the negative reviews ! This is the best thing that’s happened to Harvard lol
