This is such a long overdue review but I can’t say enough amazing things about Julie!!She helped bake our wedding cake and my husband and I still to this day are still obsessed with how beautiful the cake turned out, and how it was easily the best cake we’ve ever had? We had a strawberry cream cheese cake with fresh strawberries in each layer. She made the cake tasting process extremely easy for us since we don’t live in the area and weren’t able to do a formal tasting in person. She packaged everything beautifully and it all stayed so fresh for us to have the best tasting experience possible. My husband and I decided we wanted to save the top tier of our cake but if I’m being honest.. we both shared it with our family the next day and enjoyed it for a few days after ourselves because it was that good!We absolutely recommend her for any event or wedding and hope we can come back to have another small cake made for our anniversary’s! She is the best and sweetest!I also added a photo of my genuine reaction after tasting the cake? I was obsessed

I have ordered at least six cakes from this company. They are easy to work with, timely and great at getting all the details perfect. Their interpretation of what I am looking for is always right on. I’m not sure which is better the beauty of the cakes or the delicious taste. Everyone always says this cake is too pretty to eat but it’s worth it. Their cakes and cupcakes taste as good as they look. I will be a forever customer.

I attended a wedding in the fall of 2022 on a picture perfect day in Harvard, IL. They served a JulieMichelle cake that was the best cake I had ever tasted . . . and I'm getting old so that's a lot of cake tasting. Problem was there was only enough cake for the entire crowd of 300-350 people to get one slice each. Many of us were deeply saddened that we couldn't have a second (or third) serving. Yup, it was that good.

THE BEST!!! Julie Michelle made my sisters wedding cake (unbelievably gorgeous and delicious), my dads 60th birthday cake and his 65th birthday cake. Not only do her cakes look too pretty to eat, the cake is incredible. Also, Julie Michelle and her husband are the sweetest couple!!! Must have for your next event!

Our cake was so delicious I had two slices at the wedding. Julie is also just the sweetest!! We loved her style of tasting where it is simply mix and match. It makes for such unique flavor mixtures and a completely customized wedding cake. We had 3 flavors - almond cake with white chocolate and strawberry frosting, chocolate cake with peanut butter and vanilla frosting, and lemon cake with raspberry, pistachio, and champagne frosting. Our little cake was decorated with fresh lavender buds and sprigs - it was beautiful!!! I'm only bummed that we didn't have more left over!I guess we will just have to order cakes from Julie again in the future :)
