Drive thru lady stole my change. Crumpled the receipt and essentially refused to hand me my $4 change by pretending to not know English, kept saying “next window next window”. Avoid our only use tap. I’m sure she’s stealing card information too

McDonald’s in Harvard has always been a solid spot for good, classic fast food. I’ve been coming here for years, and the food is consistently tasty, whether it's a quick breakfast or a burger and fries. This location holds a special place in my heart. The team here works hard, and the service is fast and friendly. It’s nice to see the same quality I remember from my time working here is still being upheld today. This place sucks. I don't know why it's ok for morning managers and crew members to stand around and talk while they see a full line of cars in drive-thru. You would think managers would take their job more serious.
Very clean very nice and helpful staff. The Kiosk was having tech difficulty, but 2 staff offered to help and then took my order to the register.
