Drive thru lady stole my change. Crumpled the receipt and essentially refused to hand me my $4 change by pretending to not know English, kept saying “next window next window”. Avoid our only use tap. I’m sure she’s stealing card information too

McDonald’s in Harvard has always been a solid spot for good, classic fast food. I’ve been coming here for years, and the food is consistently tasty, whether it's a quick breakfast or a burger and fries. This location holds a special place in my heart. The team here works hard, and the service is fast and friendly. It’s nice to see the same quality I remember from my time working here is still being upheld today. Definitely a reliable stop for a quick and satisfying meal!

the people who work here are clueless and rude. they need to have an attitude adjustment. every single time i go there there’s an item or more missing from my order. it’s starting to become ridiculous. food cold, fries old, stale, and cold. come on.

Everytime I pull up to the drive thru to get my food they stare at me and just hand me my food no “ have a nice day” and if they forget something they don’t say “ sorry about that”. I always say thank you or try my best to be nice when ordering I say no worries.

Drive thru takes forever, everytime I come here the order gets messed up. They gave me the wrong order twice and I had to show them the receipt twice so I can get my order.

Stopped in on a road trip, there was a very rude lady who was bashing the crew over something they could easily fix for them, all of them were very professional and one younger Hispanic man handled the situation very well. Just wanted to let them know they are doing a fine job :)
