I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for almost two years now, and I buy a sandwich about three times per week—usually spending between $12 and $16 depending on what I order.
The staff has always been great, and I’ve even completed multiple 5-star surveys from my receipts.
Today, I requested a simple substitution: a round egg instead of the folded egg on my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, because the folded eggs are cooked on plastic (YUCK).
I was told they couldn’t do that, even if I was willing to pay an upcharge. I’m sorry, but it’s ridiculous that such a simple request can’t be accommodated. I just want a real egg on my sandwich. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Again, the staff has been great over the years. Thank You.

Got a senior coffee . Yech !!!
Coffee was weak and not very warm .Very surprised ! Usually nice and hot . Kind of a shame . Wendy's gives us a free senior coffee .

This place took way too long getting our food and it wasn't even busy. Me and my mom had work soon too and we're running late. We came to mcdonalds fit a quick bite

Drive thru lady stole my change. Crumpled the receipt and essentially refused to hand me my $4 change by pretending to not know English, kept saying “next window next window”. Avoid our only use tap. I’m sure she’s stealing card information too
Stopped here on my LAST GREAT ROAD TRIP in October of 2021. I drive from McDonald's to McDonald's CROSS COUNTRY because McDonald's WILL MAKE FRESH COFFEE - - thanks
