I have been to most of the Rosati’s locations north of Chicago and the Harvard location is my favorite!The host (Megan) Is always friendly and helpful with questions about the menu or daily specials and makes great suggestions if I’m undecided.I visit the Harvard location several times a week and love their lunch special of Italian beef, fries and drink! I order mine special and I’m never disappointed! The gravy is more flavorful and the beef portion is generous! I won’t get started on their fries!The Owners are always friendly and accommodating. I’ve become a regular at the Rosaties in Harvard and they make me feel like family.Check them out! You wont be disappointed!Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and plenty of room in both dining room and bathroom.

I had a disappointing experience with this pizza store. Despite ordering a double dough cheese pizza, they provided a thin crust cheese pizza instead. When I raised the issue during pickup, the employee seemed uninterested and claimed he wasn't responsible. The lack of accountability and poor customer service left me with a negative impression.

My wife and I did dine in, it was during the deep freeze, but we had great pizza provided with excellent service! We love Rosati's in Harvard! Thanks to the manager for a great evening!

Just love their pizza! Oh, and their dough nuggets! Make sure to ask for their pizza sauce with the dough nuggets instead of their marinara. Chicago deep dish!

I ordered $55 worth of pizza and waited for over 2 hours. I finally called to cancel the order at that point but nobody would answer. I was put on hold without speaking to someone. Will never order again.

Ordered today at 5:10 pm waited till 7:00 and was told they are taking 30% off my order and if the order is still not delivered in 20 minutes they will give total refund. Well 20 minutes later and given refund and was told don’t worry you have a total refund and we will still deliver your food, it is now 8:18 and still no food, this place is a joke, this place is 2 miles from my house and a 3 hr wait, I’m ordering from rosas, have never had an issue, thought I would give this place another shot, never again, rosatis in Harvard is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!
