I went in the Taco Bell in DeKalb Friday night. The floor was sticky. The screen was so sticky. I didn't want to touch it. I waited 10 minutes for the guy to come to the register. I ordered a burrito supreme and he told me it was over $8 are you for real man for that little itty bitty burrito supreme you want $8? You guys are ridiculous. I'm done with you

We went through the drive thru the lady who took my order was rude, hurried us up. When leaving we noticed the Pepsi we got had no flavor just a light brown color plain water. When calling to give our concern so others don't get same treatment no one answered. This is not the first time we get that services and to top it off our food was messed up.

Please fix the breakfast menu. You cannot view the breakfast menu outside or inside unless you order from the kiosk. I hate ordering from the kiosk. Honestly you would probably sell more breakfast if the menus were fixed. Otherwise everything was good.

Rude rude people, the workers were not polite at all. Came in with a huge family and got about $150 worth of food, they would not give the drinks when we asked and gave us dirty looks as we stood there and asked for our drinks we paid for. Waited 15-20 minutes for the food and then wanted a side of peppers and still charged us, you would think they would give it out of courtesy. For tacos that are now $3+ they do not give you any meat at all, we actually opened up the tacos and didn’t even realize there was meat on them. This is some of the worst service I have ever seen. Do not come to this Taco Bell.
